This property is located within a very quiet cul d sac. Just a quick drive to the village. The walking paths are nearby and we enjoyed the private hot tub. It was nice being able to park in the garage which is a huge bonus. They even provide firewood! I definitely would stay there again!

We had a great stay and our family loved the house. It was clean, spacious for what we needed and private. It was close to shopping and close to bike paths and walking.

The house was well appointed and had a nice floor plan with bedrooms tucked away down the hall away from great room. Our only complaint is the carpet was worn, stained and dirty.

Overall very good, only negatives were pet stains and dog hair in family room carpet. Kitchen well stocked except long overdue for some decent knives. Would stay here again.

Almost perfect

Great house and location. My only gripe is that there weren’t many tv watching options for relaxing after days outside. There was a dvd player but no dvds. Gave us an excuse to go to The Blockbuster in Bend.

A True Rental

Pros:The fridge wasn't cooling well when we arrived, so we contacted Sunriver Lodging. They were responsive and the maintenance person worked very hard to resolve the issue.The hot tub was low on water leaving the jets exposed. We called when we arrived and the hot tub person was very quick to respond and refill it. There is no hose to do it yourself, so you need to call. But they respond quickly.The plus passes are very nice to access the marina when paddle boarding on the river. We have stayed many times in other homes that do not have this available.Check-in was easy and the code lock is very helpful vs. keys.Quiet neighborhoodCons:As many guests have stated and is advertised that this home does not have AC. We tried it, but it gets too hot at night. It is a home that is need of some upgrades and TLC. The carpet is really dirty. We tried to vacuum, but the vacuum is broken. It is a dog friendly home, but the carpet really is in need of cleaning.The hot tub is on its last hurrah. The circulating jets are the only jets working. The other jets do not work nor the light. The filters were also pretty dirty when we arrived. It is just an older hot tub and things are worn out.The master bath toilet is often filling as the flapper must need to be replaced. We would have called maintenance, but they had already been there with the fridge and hot tub.The box springs or the master bed have been removed. Some beds can be comfortable that way-but this is not.

No Air Conditioning - Hot

The place was very clean. Sun River was very hot during our stay. There was no air conditioning. There were free-standing fans but they really did not do the trick. Very nice neighbors. Unfortunately, we will not stay there again.

The windows were bolted shut which is a huge safety concern and while we were there it was hot. Unfortunately the home’s cooling system didn’t work. A detailed book giving directions on how to use the electronics in the home along with a list of resources and things to do near by would be very beneficial for your visitors. A small welcoming gift basket would be a nice touch and encourage your visitors to return.

Comfortable and Cozy

Handsomely decorated and very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Generous with amenities such as paper towels, dish detergent, tissue, etc. Easy access to bike trails. Fun watching deer stroll right outside the windows. We would come back!Note: There were six bikes but the white one’s right pedal is coming off and we were unable to adjust the smallest bike’s seat because we didn’t have the correct tools.

Winter get away

Perfect place for a family trip to the snow. We enjoyed the paths for walking the dogs, enjoyed the village and drive to mt. Bachelor. House was clean and well stocked. Would definitely return

Great stay in Sunriver

This was a comfortable home to stay in. Loved that it was one level. Very clean. Kitchen has everything you could need, including a few spices and oils! We would definitely stay here again!The only suggestions we have are that it could use some additional/updated games, perhaps some new pillows, and some conditioner, as only shampoo was provided. Also, the check out instructions say to take recycling to the recycling center, but the recycling center has signs saying it is permanently closed.

Delightful Getaway

My daughter & I enjoyed a quiet retreat with birds, squirrels & deer to enjoy each day. Pleasant surroundings, yet easy access to main roads. The home was beautiful & spacious. Her little dog enjoyed being able to look out windows & spend time on enclosed deck. Would easily return for another stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was comfortabl; but because it was a hit weather week, having a/c would have made it much better.

Wonderful place

My family was in Sunriver for my daughter's wedding and this home fit perfect for most of our needs. I liked the location which gave you an option to drive thru Sunriver to the Village and Sharc or take the freeway. Riding bikes to and from Village also a nice way to go which were there for use. Overall it was very clean and had several options for entertainment. Hot tub was great for the relaxing after full day. Sharc passes also a fun time aquatic center.
