PETS: Dogs are allowed at this property with prearrangement (limit of 2). There is a $50 pet fee per pet. You are responsible for cleaning up after them and disposing of their waste. The backyard is not fenced so please keep them on a leash while outside. You are responsible for being in control of your dog(s) at all times. There is regular large wildlife at this property, and we want your pets to stay safe. Do not leave your pets unattended in the home. Only kennel your pets if they are kennel trained. Additional fees may be charged for any accidents in the home, additional required cleaning including excessive shedding, or damages to the home or furniture.
