Wonderful Townhouse

Very quiet and peaceful stay. The property is very clean and has everything you need. Only minutes from shopping and restaurants. We were very fortunate to have found this property. Diana is a great communicator and will help anyway she can.

Beautiful artwork everywhere, all kinds of thoughtful items (first aid kit, scissors, games), lots of places to perch, nicely outfitted kitchen (really good non-stick pans in excellent condition, which is a rarity in many places with kitchens where I've stayed). Plenty of room to spread out, garage a plus. Quiet neighborhood, though there is a playground right next door where there were some boisterous kids for about an hour one afternoon, but they were amusing rather than bothersome.

Clean and comfortable

Very much enjoyed our stay at Diana‘s townhome. Her home is beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and the kitchen has everything to prepare and serve meals. In home laundry and attached garage was a nice added bonus. Close to shopping, Home improvement stores, and local hospital make this an ideal location.

You Can't Get Any Better!

My wife and I can only say that this was the best rental property we have ever stayed in the 20 years we've been traveling all over this planet. "It is Not Lacking in anything" would be our strongest feeling about the place. You can't believe all of the amenities that are provided and you can spend days looking throughout and find something you would not expect of a holiday or rental property. Location, serenity of area and proximity to almost everything you would want along with wonderful owners who are not far away from the unit and ready at a moments call to help or supply whatever you need. Really can't ask for more .. and we stayed two whole months while looking for our own place to buy. Our final words are: Our experience was "Just the Best".

This property is an outstanding “Base of Operations” for anything that one would want to do on the Olympic Peninsula!! Super clean and comfortable, minutes from ANYTHING that you need from gas stations to grocery stores to restaurants or take out places, there’s even a hospital 5 minutes away should the unfortunate need for one arise. An hour and a half and you’re at Olympic National Park, two and half to three hours and you’re on the Pacific coast. With two bedrooms, a living area, dining area, a full kitchen and a deck as well, you have room spread out. Oops, forgot about the primary suite bathroom, outstanding as well! This property is far and away better than ANY hotel room you’ll find in the area and the hosts are great as well, very friendly from what little contact we had to have with them!! Oops, forgot about the basketball court and playground immediately next door, just the other side of the single row of cedar trees and observable from the deck in case you’re traveling with kids. Just can’t say enough about this place except RENT IT!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

A Home Away From Home

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Breckenridge townhouse. My mom is elderly so it was nice to have a place that was a good size and without any stairs. The amenities were great. It was nice to have a kitchen with things we needed for cooking such as a rice cooker. The residence has a laundry unit stocked with laundry detergent and fabric softener. We were allowed to use the garage and driveway for parking. The home is next to a children's park and basketball court. It was pleasantly quiet and the backyard has a beautiful view of the Olympic Mountains. I really like the binder of info that was in the house. The host was accessible and answered any questions or concerns that I had. I will definitely have this place at the top of my list if I am visiting the Kitsap area.

We are long term residents of Silverdale. We enjoy kayaking, golfing, swimming, fishing, theater and travel.

Silverdale is beautiful and the views of the Olympic Mountain are amazing. The Hood Canal and Olympic Pennisula are a short drive away. Seattle can easily be reach by ferry for an evening of professional theater, sports and culture. The hospital is close by. Costco, groceries and Kitsap Mall are 5 minutes away. People here are friendly and we have low crime. It is a wonderful neighborhood to walk, with the wetlands accessible by foot.

Breckenridge Townhouse has everything you could want for a short term stay, or longer. You have access to all of the townhouse, including the garage, to make your stay safe and comfortable. Did I mention the view? And the proximity to Silverdale? Our guests have loved the comfortable furnishings, cleanliness, and the remodeled interior. Have your morning coffee on the deck and settle in to your most relaxing travel experience.
