Spring Break

5 families traveled from MI for Spring Break. We had a great time. The property was perfect since we had several kids the same ages. The location can’t be beat.

The Perfect Oasis

We had such an amazing stay here. The house was beautiful, clean, and incredibly spacious. There was plenty of room for our entire group to relax comfortably. Every bedroom had a large, cozy bed, and we never felt cramped at all. The pool was amazing, sparkling clean, and the perfect spot to unwind after the beach. Speaking of the beach, the location truly can’t be beat. It’s just a short walk and you’re right on the sand. We had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

We stayed at Epic with our children and grandchildren, 19 people and plenty of room. The pool and area around it was large and very clean, we spent lots of time there as the beaches were at double red flag for 4 days. Played games in the pool house in the evening as there seems to be more room for that. All rooms were clean and large, beds were comfortable. Owners were very responsive with minor issues and communication was great. Golf cart was nice to have for coffee runs and shuttling stuff to the beach. Everyone enjoyed the visit, no complaints.

Great concept but poor maintenance

Although the concept of this home is great with en suite bathrooms in each bedroom, the maintenance was terrible. Many many lights were out in both the house and the pool house. Neither icemaker worked in either refrigerator, the furniture in the den was terrible and had old covers over them nothing like the pictures. The property manager was nice to work with and came to our aide when the air conditioner was broken in the pool house, but the overall maintenance of this house leaves much to be desired.

We stayed at this Epic home from May 20–23 and had a wonderful experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. All of the rooms were very spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay.One of our favorite features was the pool area. It was well-maintained, inviting, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of activities. The property had everything we needed, and the host made the stay easy and enjoyable.We would definitely recommend this home to others and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
