Solar Eclipse and Bluebonnets

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The lovely house was comfortable and well stocked with everything you would need. The house was close to the cute town of Fredricksburg and grocery stores. If we ever come back we’d stay here again! Thanks!

Immaculate and Charming!

The house feels freshly remodeled and has comfortable beds, modern linens and thick towels. We didn’t cook at the house but the appliances and cook ware look like everything is there one would need. Would highly recommend!

We were very comfortable in this lovely property. With two king sized beds, it was perfect for two couples! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

Weekend trip

House was very clean and very comfortable for our family. Quiet neighborhood, close to Main St. Supplied standard amenities with nice washer/dryer with detergent pods. Beds are comfortable with nice linens. Very cute house!

This was the perfect property for a girls weekend away. The house is updated and beautifully decorated. The location was close to Main Street. Communication with the property manager was not a hassle. Overall would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay

Very lovely home! We had 3 ladies staying for a few nights and we enjoyed everything!. Beautiful, comfy and clean spaces stocked with plenty of towels and bedding. Normally I have trouble sleeping in beds not my own, but we all slept great! Only thing missed was maybe a hot tub but not a huge deal! Definitely will be back.

Great place to stay!

So enjoyed our stay at the Wind Down Haus. Loved how the house was updated to an open concept. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely recommend!

Adorable!

We had a girlfriends weekend and rented this adorable house. Very cute decor and completely spotless. When we arrived they had soft music playing and it smelled clean and welcoming. They have a basket of throw blankets for hanging out in the living room on extra comfy sofas big enough for the group. Comfy beds too. Obviously just renovated. Just great.

Wonderful Fredrickburg Getaway!

Let me just start by saying - It was PERFECT! So cute, clean and fit our family. My husband said “it was comfy, clean and had everything we needed”, we found ourselves spending time lounging around enjoying company even though we were soooo close to town. Highly recommend this property and will be sharing with our friends and family - it couldn’t have been better!

Wine Down House - Excellent Stay!

Wonderfully quiet neighborhood with polite neighbors, we meet several outside during our stay. The house is freshly renovated with a modern feel. No issues during our stay, everything was clean and well organized. Quick bike ride to Main St. for all the shopping and wonderful restaurants/wine rooms Fredricksburg has to offer. Highly recommend!

We'll Be Back!

We are regular visitors to Fredericksburg and have stayed in multiple properties over the years. The Wine Down Haus is one of our top picks! The house is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Great for a family visit or a few couples to share. Full kitchen was awesome! We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend and will definitely be back in this property the next time we visit. Highly recommend!

Best Rental in Fredericksburg

I have been to Fredericksburg 10+ times and this was by far the BEST rental we have ever stayed in. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The decor and layout was seriously AMAZING! The owners were very attentive and so easy to work with, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The location was also super convenient to everywhere we wanted to go…Main Street, the wineries, Luckenbach! I will absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends!

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

The property was perfect for our trip to Fredericksburg. We each had our own room and our own bathroom, and everything was so clean…the place looks like it’s brand new! It did take us a while to figure out how to work the thermostat so instructions on that would be helpful. When I booked the room, there was some kind of error with my information and I was told I had to call Vacasa. I called around midnight and was on hold for 30 minutes before my call was disconnected. I tried texting the number on the automatic message “for a quicker response” and was told they couldn’t help me and I would need to call Vacasa. I tried calling back at 1am and I waited on the phone for an hour before I gave up and went to sleep. I eventually did call back and got in touch with someone, but I wanted to explain why I took off stars for communication with the property manager. There was nothing I shared over the phone that couldn’t have been shared via email or text. Overall, our experience was great and we would love to stay at this property again!
