Welcome to The Tenth Wave - Unit 2, your 1-bedroom beachside retreat just 100 yards from Jacksonville Beach's sugar-white sand.

This ground-floor apartment features a comfortable queen bed with premium linens, full bathroom, and an open living area perfect for unwinding after beach days. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything from a Keurig coffee maker to a Nutri-bullet blender, plus all the basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil so you can save money cooking meals instead of eating out every night.

Step outside to dedicated parking for one car (street parking is plentiful too), then take a 2-minute walk to Salt Life Food Shack for their famous fish tacos or Mellow Mushroom for craft beer and pizza. The Jacksonville Beach Pier is an 8-minute stroll for sunrise fishing or sunset photos. Beach towels and chairs are included so you can head straight to the sand.

This 8-unit complex puts you in the heart of Jacksonville Beach's dining scene while staying off the busy main strip. Walk to O-Ku Sushi in 7 minutes for rooftop dining, or drive 3 minutes to TacoLu for the best fish tacos and tequila selection on the beach. Beaches Town Center shopping and dining is just 5 minutes by car.

Enjoy fast Xfinity WiFi, keyless entry, smart TV with streaming apps, and all linens provided. Fair warning: this is a ground-floor unit with neighbors above, so you may hear footsteps. Great Place

The unit waa very clean and very nice. Really convenient to multiple restaurants and beachside bars. The beach is only steps away. I would definitely stay here again.

cute cozy walk to the beach

It was a cute, clean and cozy (meaning both the atmosphere and the size) apartment. I liked the outdoor space each unit had, and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Nice little place by the beach.

Lots to do near the unit and a block from the beach. Unit was nice for relaxing at and watching movies before bed.

So Happy This Property Was Available

We needed to evacuate Sanibel Island due to Hurricane Milton - so glad this property was available. It is small, but so comfortable and efficient. JAX Beach is a very active & what a vibrant community.

Comfortable but bathroom needs attention

Everything was great on our stay at this location except for the bathroom. There was no door on the bathroom and in such a small space you could imagine how this could become a problem. The pictures on the listing show a door and we were not warned before hand so I’m unsure why there wasn’t one when we arrived. The vanity cabinet doors also did not have hinges on them and were falling apart. The only other small complaint is there were some dirty silverware in the drawer but that was an easy fix. Other then these issues the property was great. The location is as close to perfect as it gets. And we were very comfortable.
