Welcome to The Tenth Wave - Unit 4, your Jacksonville Beach basecamp just 100 yards from the Atlantic Ocean. This cozy 1-bedroom apartment sleeps 2 guests comfortably with a queen bed and full kitchen — perfect for couples seeking an affordable beach getaway.

The space features a queen bedroom with premium linens, full bathroom with oversized towels, and an open living area with smart TV and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, Nutri-bullet blender, and all essentials for preparing meals instead of dining out every night.

Step outside to discover Salt Life Food Shack's famous fish tacos just a 2-minute walk away, or grab craft pizza at Mellow Mushroom next door. For upscale dining, Refinery Jax Beach serves oceanview fine dining 3 minutes on foot. The iconic Jacksonville Beach Pier, perfect for sunrise fishing and people watching, sits 8 minutes down the beach.

Dedicated parking for one vehicle eliminates the usual beach parking hassles. High-speed WiFi keeps you connected, while beach towels and chairs are included for ocean days. The ground-floor location provides easy access, though you'll hear footsteps from the upstairs unit — we're upfront about this to avoid surprises.

Everything is stocked for your arrival: premium bath products, coffee and tea, laundry detergent, and sound machines for restful sleep. Keyless entry means no waiting for check-in. Our 24/7 guest support team handles any needs that arise during your stay.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.

I have stayed at different units on this property on multiple occasions. It is close to the beach and convenient to bars, shops and restuarants. The units are always very clean and the property managers respond quickly to the one or two requests I had over all those stays. I get to Jax Becah 3 or 4 times a year and this is my go to place to stay.

This was my second time staying on the property, I like that its literally steps from the beach and a block or two from the main attractions. Its small but very cozy!!

Wonderful little getaway spot

We came for a long weekend just because. We are already planning the next trip. This spot is walking distance to the beach and to lots of restaurants . There is also shopping a close drive away!

Holiday visit with grandchildren

We enjoy this little hideaway as it’s perfect for 2 people. It has all that you need and is mere steps from the ocean. There was one minor incident, but management took care of it right away. I appreciate the rapid response and for that, they get this review.

Great facility and was well maintained. Enjoyed our time there plus the communications to prepare us for arrival was outstanding. Really do appreciate all that was provided. Two concerns: 1) while the room had obviously been cleaned some areas on floor were missed. Not sure f this led to eventual bugs showing up in the room later during the night but we did have to fight off silverfish and small what might have been Juno bugs. 2) TV was fabulous but I do not understand why we must pay for basic service like cable news and some other basic channels. It was not a real issue but it seems that basic CNN/Fox News should be available vice having to sign into the specific provider and then share information with other sources. Still I must say we were very pleased with location and basic services provided in Jacksonville Beach

Overall, it was a very positive experience and the location to the beach was perfect! Very clean. Kitchen was great. One thing we would have liked to have was definitely some shelving in the bathroom for toiletries.
