Water views from the deck, living room and guest bedroom - watch boats sail by and the sun set over the water. The neighborhood salt pond beach offers calm water, swimming dock, picnic tables and bonfire pit with seating just down the street (3 minute walk), and additional swimming area/kayak launch right around the corner (2 minute walk)!

This home is professionally managed by Narragansett Properties. We are available to guests as needed.

This home is new to the Narragansett vacation rental scene and furnished with all new furniture, including La-Z-Boy leather power reclining sofa and recliners in the living room, and a Pottery Barn dresser with foldout desk in the master bedroom! Plus, light blocking shades in bedrooms for peaceful rest.
This is one of the last original ‘60s Berger beach cottages left on Harbour Island--- a vintage getaway filled with modern comforts!

- 5 minute drive to grocery and liquor stores, coffee, restaurants and mini golf
- Less than 10 minute drive to Scarborough and Narragansett beaches
- 10 minute drive to Galilee, where you’ll find restaurants, ice cream shops, Roger Wheeler and Salty brine beaches and the ferry to Block Island
- 15 minute drive to Matunuck beaches and Oyster Bar

**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
