Mi casa de playa se encuentra exactamente a una milla o 5 minutos en coche de las hermosas playas de arena blanca de Charlestown. La casa está ubicada en una hermosa zona residencial de bajo tráfico. Consta de 3 dormitorios. Una cama de matrimonio, una cama queen size y un conjunto de literas. Hay una encantadora sala de estar acogedora, sala de lavandería y cocina grande para comer. Un patio cercado con una ducha exterior, barbacoa y juego de patio. La casa cuenta con aire acondicionado, Internet, TV de 55 pulgadas y cable. Pase de playa para Shelter Cove Marina. Sillas de playa incluidas. Ropa de cama y toallas NO incluidas. La casa tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente. Permito un perro pero cada perro adicional es de $ 100 por semana. A good house near the beach

Lovely house in a good location. Short drive to the beach and a parking pass for the beach was a plus. Communication with the owners was great. One issue at the house was handled quickly by the owners and they couldn’t have been nicer. We were close to a few shops, cafes and restaurants.

South County Fishing

We had a great stay. Our host Alison was great to work with and even left us a carrot cake. Property is well maintained and having full cable and Wi-Fi was a huge plus for us. I would definitely recommend this property for a small group/family. Fit our needs for a group of fisherman

Mini Vaca

The cottage was beautiful, clean and dog friendly. Everything from the bathroom, the kitchen and the laundry room was in working condition. The owner was very sweet and welcoming! The beach was only a short drive which was my main reason for going to the cottage. It was very peaceful which is exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend this cottage and will be back again hopefully soon!

Clean and well stocked

We had a pleasant stay and the owner could not have been more kind and accommodating. The description and pictures are accurate except for the yard. It is beginning to get overgrown with weeds and vines along the fences (which could use some maintenance), however it makes great cover for the many rabbits in the area. The house was very clean and comfortably cool and our dog settled right. The neighborhood is was very quiet when we were there in early August. The streets are perfect for dog walking. The Snug Harbor parking pass worked out great. A very short walk from there to Charlestown Beach.

Our Weekend Anniversary Stay

We went to Rhode Island for a long weekend getaway for our 33rd Anniversary. We booked our stay only a week out and explained our get away when we booked this home. Alison and her husband made note of this and left us a very nice gift of wine and cake in celebration of our Anniversary which was so kind of them. Upon arrival at the home, we noticed the outside could use some landscaping/clean up done. However, on the inside we could see they are in the process of making renovations to their home. There are new hardwood floors in the whole downstairs area which look really nice, the kitchen is very close to completion with new floors, tiling, counters, appliances and cabinets newly painted. The bathroom also looks like also it has been recently renovated. The bedrooms are a bit outdated and dark, but the King size bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of closet and drawer space and, although we brought our own linens, Alison did provide both sheets and towels for our stay if we needed them. The backyard could also use some landscaping clean up but does have a nice seating area as well as a gas grill if you chose to cookout. This house also has a washer and dryer which we did take advantage of to wash our clothes and linens before we left for home. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant, and we look forward to visiting again and seeing any additional renovations that take place in the near future.

Not quite a beach cottage

The house was cozy, clean and cute. Alison was very helpful and met us on site to replace an air conditioner cord. Unfortunately, the past tenants had left fish in the recycling barrel (by accident) after trash pick up and when Alison asked us to put out the trash Tuesday night for Wednesday pick up, the smell was horrendous. Trash was not picked up so it sat outside until Saturday morning. Also, the house is renovated butthere are several things that are not completely done, e.g., new cabinets in the kitchen, but no handles and they all seem to open in different directions, which was frustrating. There are lots of beachy signs around the house, making it feel like a beach house, but it is actually quite dark as the kitchen and living room is really the basement and no place bright to hang out. The backyard is not exactly a pleasant setting, e.g., the yard isn’t really cared for, the fence is broken in places and the shed is falling apart. We grabbed two beach chairs out of the bin in the back only to find out once we got to the beach that they were broken. I suspect they have quick turnover between renters and don’t have time to check the house and the amenities in between. If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep, and have breakfast, this is a great location near many beaches. We biked to the beach and to 3 local restaurants and an ice cream shop. These are some of the best and most beautiful beaches in all of New England within biking distance.

Thank you for the positive points about your stay and our interactions, I really strive to make the house as comfortable as possible for my guests and take pride in my home and being a great host as evidenced by my many 5 star reviews. I'm sad you were disappointed however for future guest's clarity I must respond to your comments. My home is described as 2 miles from the beach and is priced accordingly offering great value especially as I offer my guests free use of a beach parking pass and the beach is a very short drive away. I like my beach decor but accept not everyone has the same taste. You are the first guest to describe our home as dark. Instead guests in the past have remarked on the full cable package, the comfortable couches in the living room, the air conditioning, the fresh linens and the eat in kitchen (and the extra hospitality gifts I leave for guests). I wonder if the fact that you were unlucky with the weather during your stay and there was a lot of rain and cloud cover influenced this comment? For the garbage, had you told me I would have removed the garbage and cleaned the trash can immediately. Likewise the beach chairs. I leave these as a favor to guests but they get broken easily. If I had known I would have removed and if time permitted replaced the damaged item. Finally, the back yard is enclosed which is a great bonus for guests with dogs. Few hosts offer this feature and our dog owning guests really appreciate this. Unfortunately the 2 broken boards on the fence you refer to belong to our neighbors and the shed is not part of the rental property.

Fishing Trip

My friends and I come from 8 different states once a year to go fishing in the Charlestown, RI area. Half of us stayed at this property and the other attendants staying at the another house were jealous. Amenities such as cable, washer/dryer and dishwasher were very much appreciated. The host was very quick to inquiries and the residence was immaculate. We very much enjoyed our stay and I would rent the property again.

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful time in RI cant wait to be back with better weather! Your in good hands here. Due to a storm the place lost internet, Alison got Verizon to the place very quickly and even bought us dinner over the whole thing.

Great place

We highly recommend this property. It was clean upon arrival and ready to go! Theres plenty of closets and dresser for clothing and the kitchen is well stocked. The grill was immaculate and made dinner after the beach quick and easy! The AC kept the house nice and cold as we were there during a heatwave! Allison, the owner, was great with communication and even was so kind as to leave us a fresh pie from a local farmers market! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Allison for making our family vacation that much better!

Bingo review

The Bingo is a very cozy spot. It was priced accordingly. We grilled , read and watched movies after all our adventures in the sun during our days.

Spacious and clean

The cottage was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Alison has taken care to make it comfortable and welcoming. The neighborhood was great for walks and the outdoor shower very enjoyable. All you need for a nice beach getaway!

A wonderful house for good family times.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bingo. It was very comfortable for my husband and me, and our son's family. We rode bikes to the beach; we enjoyed several BBQ dinners while our grandchildren played water games in the fenced-in backyard; the air conditioners kept us cool at night; and the neighbors were friendly. The owners were communicative and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Comfortable & Clean

This cozy cottage offered what we needed for a comfortable and clean stay. The owner was very receptive to addressing my needs...assuring wifi was available as well as use of the grill. Very friendly neighborhood, as well, with lots of "good morning" and "hello" from all I encountered while walking the pups. The beautiful Charlestown Beach was an added bonus, even in April!

Wonderful house, great location, quiet neighborhood

We rented this house for two weeks in August. Everything was clean and in great shape. The house was cool on the hottest days, and roomy enough for all of us. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could want, and the fenced in yard was perfect for the kids and our dog. The outdoor shower was great when we got back from our many trips to the beach. We met several neighbors on this quiet, low traffic street who were all wonderful. The beach is just a short drive away with parking right nearby. A small but great grocery store is also nearby, so no need to travel far to shop for provisions. We are definitely coming back since we had such a wonderful experience. I would recommend Bingo to anyone.

Wonderful!

We visited over the Labor Day week / weekend and had a terrific stay! Located on a quiet street (near everything) this is a great spot to relax and enjoy the area. The home is very clean and organized with plenty of room. Bedrooms are comfy and there is A/C throughout. The kitchen is stocked with all essentials . The outdoor shower is really great. Really close to wonderful town beach. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a great stay! I highly recommend! D&S - NY

My nephew asked me to name the house Bingo after he won a game of Bingo at our hotel when I was looking for a house close to the beach hence the unusual name.
