Come and enjoy a peaceful, comfortable, fun, private and “well stocked with everything you need” property.

We are perfectly located to anything you have in mind to do and what you didn't think either.

We are in the heart of the best area in Lake Hopatcong.
From every direction you will be 5 mins away or less from the best restaurants, bars, marinas and local activities.

Across the street, you will find a park with basketball, tennis courts, hiking trails and more.

Our lake home is located 7 minutes walking distance (0.4 miles) from one of the most fun marina's in Lake Hopatcong which has something for everyone!

Explore boat rides, tubbing, waterskiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, wakeboarding lessons, watersports rentals and more.

This home is one block away from the water in a 3 lot property that offers plenty of free parking, from street parking in front of the house to about 6 vehicles in the driveway.
There's plenty of space and storage area in the garage.

Fully renovated 4 season lake house with available last minute accommodations. Please ask for a quote for larger events.

Ground floor features our game room where you will never run out of fun from playing games, air hockey, darts and watching tv/sports games including our “flex large room” the 4th bedroom with plenty of space for extra guests including a futon and new air mattress.

As well as a private and quiet desk/workspace separate away from the main common areas of the house.

Great weekend trip

Catalina, the host, was always helpful and so considerate and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean and the neighborhood was very safe. My friends and I enjoyed our stay, I would totally stay here again!

This location is perfect for a weekend getaway or even longer. Catalina was very gracious and accommodating for my stay and was a pleasure to deal with. Check in and out was easy and the house was just as described. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome place

This property was just what we were looking for! The fire pit out back was perfect and easy being gas. It was in a nice area close to where we needed to be. Catalina was super easy to communicate with and got us anything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

This was a beautiful property that was so welcoming. Catalina went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. She was flexible, attentive, and checked in often to make sure everything was running smoothly. I really appreciated the attention to detail in the house. It had everything we needed readily available.

Sadly, we were ignored and unable to gain entry to the house.

After no contact from the hosts, we drove to the house to discover a steep driveway covered in snow. Steps had not been cleared of snow. I hope that they are okay and not absent due to an emergency- but there were seven of us visiting from out of state - stranded by the hosts who provided no means of entry.

Luxury stay with all amenities imaginable!

We rented the home for our family reunion. Catalina was very easy to communicate with from first booking and throughout the trip, and couldn’t have been more accommodating during our time there. The apartment itself is stylish and modern, and was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we could imagine. The game and bar area downstairs was a big hit with the youngsters. Overall we found it BETTER than shown in the photos and the location is great for those seeking a getaway to the lake or mountains. There are parks, playgrounds, hiking trails, lake access points, and some nice restaurants all within minutes of the property. We will definitely be back again in the summer to enjoy the dreamy outdoor space!

Amazingly beautiful

Catalina was such a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond for our stay! I wish I had unlimited space to describe everything that she did. We had one tiny issue and not only did she get it corrected she was available late in the evening to help!! I really wish every single person that I rented from was as kind and wonderful and welcoming as Catalina!!! I would definitely stay here again!!! Catalina, I truly cannot describe how thankful I am for all the memories that you have allowed me to have and make with my family. Thank you is not enough!

Wonderful Get away

My friends and I rented this home for 1 night to have a dinner party.. I wish it were a little warmer because it was a bit too cold to sit and really enjoy the outdoor space with the firepit. The house was very clean and it did have most items as mentioned, a few things to mention are. the 4th bedroom is not set up as a bedroom. It is in the basement by itself with some mixed furniture and a blow up bed if you needed it. The pump was stolen when we got there but we didn't need the 4th room in the end, Had we been counting on it, the owner was going to bring back a pump. In your 50's none of us want to sleep on a mattress other than on a frame. LOL. There is no foil or storage bags so bring your own if you plan on cooking. There is a Keurig and we didnt know that. I believe the description stated ground coffee pot. The Kcups on site were too strong. I did find a 4 cup brewer, so we made a bunch of small pots with the coffee we brought. I mentioned some things to the owner just to be aware of otherwise, The house was perfect for what we needed it for and Catalina was very pleasant. My comments above are just for notes to other guests. We would definitely stay again.

If you visit during the Fall, we are a quick drive from vineyards and Farms, where the activities are endless from wine tastings, bands, pumpkin picking, apple picking, sunflower picking, carnival rides, petting zoo, hay pyramids, food, paintball, pony rides, corn mazes and a lot more.

During the winter, You will see people exploring other activities such as; ice skating, snowmobiling, ice hockey, tubing and ice fishing.

And if you still need more fun, We are located between 30-50 miles from ski resorts, casinos, waterfalls, Delaware river rafting, caves, Zoo and more.
