As you step onto the property, you will first notice the gorgeous panoramic lake views. This house includes full dock access year around, two viewing decks with a hot-tub, outdoor furniture, and fire table--all meticulously maintained for your enjoyment.

As you go outside to the deck and backyard, you will step into the greatest feature of the entire property. Just steps away from the modern interior and rustic lake atmosphere, you have every outdoor amenity imaginable. The oversized wood deck includes a grill as well as heated seating areas. The outdoor dining table can seat the entire family for an enjoyable family dinner, just steps from the water. And most importantly, spend all summer long swimming and floating your days away in the lake!

Stepping though the front door, you will be ushered into the main living room. This living space is outfitted with an over-sized full leather sectional, perfect for the whole family. Over the mantle sits a 65 inch 4k smart tv equipped with every internet channel you might desire. And don't forget, full lake views sit right out the window for 24/7 enjoyment.

From there, you can make you way into the fully modernized kitchen. This space boasts full marble backsplash and countetops. All of the appliances are brand new stainless to make your modern dinner dreams come true.

In the corner of the kitchen, you will find our coffee bar, complete with everything you would need to make the perfect cup in the morning. The kitchen comes fully furnished with every glass/plate/cutlery/pot/pans/etc, that you imagine. This space is the cook's dream!

As you step across the hall, you will find yourself in the study/office. This office is equipped with a monitor, keyboard, mouse, smart tv, and a natural grain desk with office chair for a perfect working environment. Spend your day working from home and watching the water go by! Also, don't forget about the twin size leather day bed, for the perfect night's rest (or afternoon nap break in office!).

Across the hall is our fourth bedroom equipped with double bunk twin beds. This room is perfect for the kids and has extra storage for clothing along the way! The main floor also includes a full marble, luxury bathroom equipped with everything you'd need for the perfect spa-style shower experience!

As you make your way down the stairs, to the basement, you can step right into the fully equipped game room. The family will have a blast relaxing and shooting pool on this regulation-size table. Or, take your shot at the oversized shuffle board table. Lastly, there is 75 inch, 4k tv and seating area to catch the game or snuggle up for a movie night.

As you take the steps upstairs, you will be able to step into the extra large spa style bathroom. This bathroom features a modern, tiled corner shower In the corner, you will notice the extra deep, soaker tub, perfect for relaxing and pampering. Imagine winding your days down in this spa-style environment.

The master bedroom is equipped with a 12 inch gel memory Foam king mattress that is guaranteed to set you right to sleep. The oversized pillows and luxury bedding are sure to make your night as comfy as possible. A 60 inch 4k smart tv is mounted to the wall just in case you want to catch a show as you are dozing off. And, don't worry, there is ample storage space for your clothing in the dresser. Most importantly, don't forget full panoramic views of the lake all day long.

Across the hall, the final bedroom also includes two queen-size 12 inch memory foam mattress as well as a 65 inch, 4k smart tv mounted to the wall. These beautiful bedrooms may have the best view in the house as it overlooks the water and backyard.
