The Space:

*3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Comfortable and clean condo

*1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 single beds

*1 queen pullout sofa in the living room.

*kitchen fully equipped with all basics.

* washer/dryer in the condo.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pet friendly: pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you. (more details look for 'house rules')

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Linens for each bed are provided.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands (8 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 8 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $25 charge for each lost or broken wristband)

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are NOT allowed on premises.

The condo is located at Magnolia Place, 10 min. from airport, 5 min. from Broadway at the beach, 5 min. from the beach, 15 min. from Market Commons, 1 min. From golf course.

Car, taxi, Uber



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Please review my house rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
