Peaceful Holmes is a freshly remodeled island gem located on the desirable west side of Gulf Drive—which means no streets to cross on your way to the soft, white sands of Holmes Beach.

Inside, the home is bright, airy, and filled with vacation vibes. Coastal furnishings, brand-new flooring, and colorful hand-painted walls bring a cheerful energy, while plush mattresses and crisp linens ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. The spacious layout includes three bedrooms and three full baths, offering both privacy and flexibility for families or groups.

The first king suite features a spa-like ensuite bath with a walk-in glass shower and double vanity—plenty of space to unpack and unwind. The second king suite also includes a private ensuite bath with its own beautiful tiled shower and tropical flair. The third bedroom offers a brand-new queen bed and is just steps from the third full bathroom, which has another walk-in shower and vibrant mural that reminds you you’re somewhere special.

The kitchen has been fully updated with new appliances, custom cabinetry, and everything you need to cook at home—or simply enjoy a morning coffee before heading to the beach. Outside, the private backyard is a tropical oasis with a heated pool, comfortable lounge chairs, outdoor dining, and a gas grill for easy poolside meals. When you return from the beach, rinse off in the hot/cold outdoor shower and settle in for a relaxing evening under the lights.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
