The Space:
This tropical retreat is located in the exclusive Polynesian Shores resort just north of the town of Lahaina in West Maui. Perched right on the majestic waters of the Pacific Ocean, you'll have sailing, fishing, and scuba diving at your fingertips - not to mention a first-row seat for spotting humpback whales and sea turtles!

As soon as you walk in, the open living area and kitchenette give off such a calm and welcoming aura. Walk past the living room and onto the patio, and let the panoramic Ocean view envelope you. From the lanai, let the Ocean breeze caress you, and maybe you'll hear some of it's beautiful secrets... The bedroom on the first floor has gorgeous natural lighting, with a king size bed for royalty. As you make your way upstairs, you will find a cozy, nook style bedroom with a queen size bed, a single roll out bed, and it's own private bathroom with walk-in shower. The pull out couch in the living room hides a queen sized bed, and the chairs turn into single sleepers. Though there are enough sleeping arrangements for up to 7 people, but it is most comfortable for 6 people.

Whether you are standing in our beautiful, well equipped kitchen, or sitting on our ocean blue couch, the embrace of the Ocean will surround you! This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful modern cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, gorgeous top of the line quart countertops, and all new furniture.

The portably air-conditioned holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, and 2 bathrooms with a hot tub and a hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are featured in the holiday home.

We do not charge you management fees, resort fees, or charge for parking like other resorts do, there are NO hidden resort fees. When you stay with us, you will love every day of your stay, you will call this your home away from home.

Come see all Maui has to offer! A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. Snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. If you don’t want to get wet, there’s even a submarine that can take you into the deeps while you view its mysteries from the comfort of the cabin. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forest you would be hard pressed to view on foot. Getting Around:
Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicle. Please  park in designated parking stall #218. There are two guest spots for all guests in the complex. No parking passes needed. There is also a bus stop right in front of Polynesian Shores which will take you to many nearby attractions or restaurants in West Maui

Other Things to Note:
This listing can fit 6 ADULTs and 1 CHILD comfortably. 7 Adults may be a little tight, but it is possible if necessary.

The downstairs bedroom has a king sized bed. The upper bedroom has a queen sized bed and a single roll out bed. The living room has a queen sized roll out bed.

The private beach is a rocky beach that is meant for relaxing and for watching sea animals like turtles and dolphins! It is not meant for swimming, however, Kuleana Beach is only a 5 minute walk from our property, there is a pool ladder that goes into the ocean. Another Public beach is Pokahu Park to the north.

The north end of he beaches tend to recede in Winter months, while the southside tends to recede in the Summer.

Central Air is not common in Maui, most properties will actually have no a/c. Portable air is the most common, though it is considered a luxury in Maui!

Beaches & Critters: The beach size in Hawaii can vary from month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui's rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster or gecko. Geckos are very friendly, eat insects, and are actually considered good luck in Hawaii. Please do not kill them!

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services; pests such as ants, roaches, and rodent's can never be fully controlled in the tropical area. Since we are located in a tropical climate, the HOA does it's best to minimize interactions with such pests. Contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of agreement nor does it give guests the right to refund or adjust the rental fee.

We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic, or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of agreement or give guests the right to a refund or a rental adjustment.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available through messaging, however if something urgent arises, we can send our phone number and you an reach us that way! Our main base is in the Midwest, so we may be harder to reach from 12am-9am(CT) which is 8pm-5am(HST). We will always try and get to you as soon as possible though!
