First of all, it’s in your rental agreement and it’s the first thing at the top. It’s not my fault you can’t read. Not my job to verbally warn you about something that you agreed to at the very beginning of your stay. Your fault not mine. Next time you can stay with Motel 6 they don’t charge for their hottube and I hear they need the light on for you.

Firstly you don’t read the rental agreement which is your fault. Clearly states at the top in red the the hot tube is $99. Your fault. Your bad. Secondly we allow smoking outside in the back which is required cause some people enjoy a smoke on the patio but not inside. Next your a liar on the smoke smell inside. I was there before your stay installing a new internet box and there was only the smell of airfreshener. Not sure why you would lie. Maybe stick with the motels instead of trying to hurt small businesses. Our homes are professional cleaned and exterminated so you can take that BS about the unit being dirty some where else. We got 95% 5 stars on here and air bnb so anyone reading this can tell it’s just you lashing out. Next we have about 4-6 coffee mugs yes. I don’t see an issue with that. We don’t keep 30 cause people take them so we leave 4-6. Next we got a full kitchen with a new pot and pan set so not sure what size bowls you needed. Should have hit Walmart for the rest. Finally, you declined maids so couldn’t have been anything not worthy. Probably because you didn’t want us to know you were being dishonest on the smell. Blind are on order before you arrived. Lot of motels out there. Stay with them. Leave VRBO hosts alone.
