Welcome to island time at beautiful Anglers Reef, the perfect way to experience and relax in the Florida Keys. Our home, the "Drop Off", is our little bit of island paradise. Anglers Reef is a village of 52 single-family homes in an exclusive gated community located at MM 85. Whether you are looking for a couples retreat or a family excursion, Anglers Reef provides the experience you are looking for.

ACTIVITIES
You can take in the beauty of the island while walking or biking the quaint neighborhood streets and along the marina boardwalk. Return from your bike ride to take a refreshing dip in our temperature controlled pool with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. At one of the two beaches, enjoy complimentary paddle boards and kayaks, which you can use to venture to the nearby sandbar or to fish or investigate the mangrove lined shoreline. Plus, there are many shops and premier restaurants with in walking distance.

BOATING AND FISHING
Islamorada is appropriately referred to as "The Sport Fishing Capital of the World" as world class fishing opportunities surround the area. You can dock your boat in one of the private slips at the marina or charter a fishing excursion nearby for ultimate fishing opportunities. However, fishing is only one of the many water activities you can enjoy from Anglers Reef. There is world class site seeing, snorkeling, diving, and boating opportunities everywhere. Plus, you may even run into one of the local Manatees that frequent the marina.

Our beautiful home has 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, A/C, Granite work tops, modern stainless steel appliances, including gas BBQ. Open porches and balconies, rich hard wood floors, open plan dining area with ample seating, tasteful décor and fully furnished rooms. A truly unique place to stay in the keys, with an island paradise feel.

This home was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped, not that we used it often. The two bedrooms are spacious and have nice attached baths. The pool area is so nice with a beautiful view. Our host was very responsive and checked on us to make sure all was well. I would definitely rent this unit again!

By far the best vacation we’ve ever had! The host Tom was always in communication and made sure everything was taken care of. The house and amenities were excellent. We had a hot water issue but Tom had it taken care in no time. We will definitely be booking with him for years to come.

Paradise in the Keys

We were coming to the Keys before Anglers Reef was built. It is in the perfect location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars. Great fishing and beautiful blue waters. The pool was great, the beaches were awesome. The house was clean, beautiful and the perfect community to end our night.

Great House, Great Location

Great place to stay. Quaint little neighborhood style resort with nice pool, boat slips, and beach area. Convenient to everything in Islamorada. Owner was very accommodating, informative, easy to deal with, and very responsive. House was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Great Week at Angler’s Reef

We had an amazing stay in Islamorada at Angler’s Reef. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We rented the boat slip, as well, and it was super convenient to jump on the boat in the morning and come back to the house throughout the day. Highly recommend!!

The Dropoff did not disappoint!

This is our 5th year bringing our family down to the keys and by far the best location we’ve ever stayed at. Tom was super quick and helpful with our stay. The house, neighborhood and amenities were superb! Our kids enjoyed the neighborhood and all the other kids that were out playing. We felt very safe and at ease with location and security. The boat slip provided ease of coming and going and cleaning our catch. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Fabulous home in fabulous community!!

We had the best trip! Tom is an amazing host - answered all of our questions and reachable at all hours!! The house was perfect! The extra bed in the second bedroom (aside from the queen in the second bedroom) was wonderful bc my husband snores so sometimes I need to get away, lol. The home is very comfortable with a full kitchen and everything you can need! We didn't cook much bc we ate nearly all of our meals out, but if you like to cook it's a completely stocked kitchen - and incredibly organized. Everything is labeled, which was helpful when putting things away. The community the house is in is perfect and so safe! Kids were running around at night playing hide and seek which was so cute! The pool is heated and central to all of the homes - just steps away! There is a dock, and you can rent Tom's boat slip. This was our first time there so we didn't know what we'd need or do, but next time we'll probably rent a boat for a few days and rent the slip. There are also kayaks and paddle boards. We went out in the kayaks one day, and it was so much fun. We did a few fishing charters, and we rented a boat for an afternoon and went out to the sandbar, but you can also kayak out to the sandbar. There is a "food truck" out at the sandbar, which was so much fun. This was one of our favorite vacations, and we can't wait to come back, and we'd love to rent from Tom again if it's available. Truly a fun and memorable vacation!!

Excellent Property, Location and Owner Involvement

Angler's Reef is a great, "quiet", community - this is our 2nd visit. The home is very nice/ clean and stocked, in a great location - straight access to the pool. Owner is quick to respond if needed prior to visit and when you arrive. We hope to be back in 2024!

I have been going to the Keys for 35 years and Anglers Reef is by far my favorite place we’ve ever stayed! The property is laid out perfectly and most of all, it’s extremely family friendly! Tom was wonderful to work with and even checked on us during the week to see how our stay was going. We will absolutely return here every year from now on.

Nice community, limited quiet outdoor space

Good space and kitchen for family of 4 and loved having bikes and access to kayaks. Pool was busy and loud, and we would’ve loved a porch or outdoor area for the 4 of us to eat, relax, etc - the back deck was too loud with the highway traffic. We hope to be back. Communication with owner was fantastic.

Everything you could possibly need or want !!!!!

This is without a doubt one of the best houses we have vacationed in !! Not only was it spotless clean, it was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Bikes ( extra tubes & bike pump ), coolers, bait cooler, bait freezer, fishing poles & accessories, games & anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Loved staying here and will definitely be back .

Great time in Islamorada at fantastic location

My wife, daughter, and son-in-law stayed at 109 Anglers Way Feb 25th through March 4th - everything about the property was fantastic, the owner Tom was very prompt and helpful via text. Check in was a breeze - love that there is a passcode vs keyed entry, makes one less worry about who has the key. The home was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. It was in the 80s for the duration but the AC was very efficient. The decks off both the front and back and on both levels gave us great options for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The information packet is very helpful and shopping and dining options are abundant and nearby, a couple even just a short walk away. The pool area is great, and while afternoons it got busy there was always chairs available, and the other guests and residents were friendly and welcoming. We did not utilize the boat slip at the resort but did rent a boat nearby for one day, which I would also highly recommend, touring the bay and stopping at the dock for drinks and music at local hotspot Lorelei was incredible. 5 stars and would return!

Wonderful experience!

The house was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. The one disappointment we had was that the back of the house faced the highway which made it a little noisy to sit out on the balcony. The pool was very nice, and the grounds were kept in pristine condition. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would go back again.

You will not find a place quite like Anglers Reef anywhere in Islamorada. It's beautiful wooden-cladded pastel colored houses within immaculately maintained grounds, set around an amazing swimming pool, overlooking a superb boat dock and views over the Atlantic Ocean is to die for. Access to the ocean does not get any easier than at Anglers.
