Lovely Executive Town Home - 2 bedroom, 2 Bath on one level. King Bed in one Bedroom, Fully Stocked Kitchen. Complete set of kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker, griddle, dishes, dinnerware and flatware. A few minutes from Shopping, Lee University, Cleveland State Communitry College, Whirlpool, Duracell, Wacker, M&M Mars, Resolute Paper Mfg., Perry Stone and the Omega Center International (OCI), theatres, Schools, Parks and Greenway. Quiet Neighborhood. Hospitals and Pharmacies are just a few minutes. In the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains great for hiking, backpacking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing and hunting. Close to Parksville Lake and the Tennessee and Hiawassee Rivers for boating, water skiing and swimming. Also nearby in Chattanooga is Lookout Mountain world famous for rock climbing and hand gliding. The colors of the leaves in the fall are fabulous.

Vacation time

This 2 bed/ 2 bath townhouse is a great get-away. Very clean. Nice furnishings, big fluffy towels, well-equipped kitchen. Hosts were great! Highly recommend!!!

Great place to stay in Cleveland

The place was just as advertised. Super comfortable, super clean and in a great location when visiting people at Lee University or just visiting Cleveland in general. The amenities were great and check in and out was a breeze. We will be staying again in the future.

Excellent Stay

Cozy and clean

This is our 2nd time staying here and it is perfect for what we need for the week. Close to the equestrian center, restaurants, shopping, etc.. very clean and cozy. The kids feel at home there..we plan on booking for next year as well!!

Great Location

Super clean property! Perfect for a visit to Lee University. Owners are very nice and attend to any needs very quickly. Would definitely recommend this home.

Nice Property in a Convenient Location

We’ve stayed at this property the last two years to ring in the New Year at Winter Ramp located at OCI. Jim has been a great host and has offered his property at a fair price. The two highlights this year were the Walmart grocery delivery in less than an hour and Jim coming to the rescue, within a few hours, when one of the shower drains was unexpectedly clogged. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone coming to Cleveland! Thanks, Jim!

Extraordinary Find

Being in our 70's and finding a place with no steps, walk-in shower, close to our granddaughters,and clean, beautiful and good neighborhood has seemed impossible for the last five years. But this apartment had it all and much more !! Just can't say enough about how happy we were staying there for a week. Thank you, Mr. Davis

Pro: Very clean. Comfortable beds. Ceiling fans nice for additional comfort. Kitchen well Stocked for cooking needs. Very nice and Convenient location. Quiet neighbors. Attentive Manager. I would definitely stay at the location again. Max 4 people. Con: could hear a distant train at times. But doubtful it would wake you if sleeping.

I am so happy to have found this little gem! This was one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed in... and I have stayed in many. It is comfortable and had what we needed for our stay: all kitchen utensils, tableware, washer/dryer, bed linens, pillows, etc. The townhouse was very easy to find, with shopping pretty close by, but not too close to the "busy-ness." The area is very safe and quiet. A train is heard at some hours, but it's not frequent nor annoying. Mattresses were very comfortable, although the queen bed is very high off the ground, even with the stepstool provided. (Consider getting a lower frame.) Parking was great. The unit has its own wide driveway. Check-in was easy. Even though vrbo was having problems viewing my rental and with them sending me the info a few days prior (I kept getting a screen that said there was an error on their part and to try again... to no avail), I was able to contact Jim directly and he responded quickly and resolved the issue for me personally. What a relief! I would definitely stay here again whenever in the Cleveland area. Fully enjoyable. You won't be disappointed! This is an 11 on a scale from 1-10.
