The environment was quiet and clean. There was also a little park near by that I enjoyed sitting in the morning with coffee, listening to the birds. The host was kind and accommodating and the house was perfect and clean and adorable.

Cutest little spot

We were here for a wedding in town and fell in love. The place was in a great location with an amazing neighborhood to take a walk in. The host was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. I had never been Cleveland before but will definitely consider coming back.

White water fun

This is a great garage apartment. Well located in downtown Cleveland to lots of food and fun. It was a wonderful respite from the heat, humidity and rain.

Awesome stay in Cleveland!

It was nice being in a non-hotel situation. That's very important to me as I don't always sleep through the night. This was a quiet place situated close to restaurants, etc. A pleasant place to stay! Try it out 😀

It was in a nice neighborhood, and was quiet. The property was in good condition and was well equipped. You could not beat the price per night, you got more for your money than staying in a hotel.We were attending an event at the Tri States Exhibition Center, the property was only 15 minutes from the property. The owners were very helpful and made our stay great. I would thourghly reccomend this property if you were looking to stay in this area.

We’ll Be Back

We were in Cleveland, TN for a week of business. Our stay in this property was amazing. When we arrived the owner met us and welcomed us. The apartment was spotless. We really enjoyed coming home to the comforts of this property after our daily meetings. The property is in a great location. Everything we needed was so easy to get to. Judi is an incredible host and makes check-in and check-out so easy. If this property is available for our future trips to Cleveland this is where we will be staying. Steve S.

Exactly what we needed

A simple but clean and enjoyable experience. We needed a place to crash for a couple nights while celebrating a wedding for a friend. This was the perfect place! Communication was easy and quick, the location felt safe and the check in/out processes were very easy! Thanks for a great stay!

Fun in Cleveland

The property was just as shown. It was very clean and well kept. Communication with Judi was great and she gave us the names of companies that she trusts to help us with our outdoor activities on the rivers. We had a wonderful time and will not stay anywhere else when we come back.

The Cottage in Cleveland

Cutest little spot in Cleveland

I loved this little house and its location. It is in heart of the historic district. The park is directly below the unit, so children can be heard playing in the daytime. It is perfectly located near Lee University. Within walking distance if you don't mind a short walk. We also utilized the cute neighborhood to exercise. Judi was an amazing host. She helped us in so many ways during our stay. She offered great restaurant and coffee shops (Ocoee Coffee was amazing! Check it out!). The house smelled great and was well appointed. Judi even bought new towels and and bath rug for our second stay. I did notice the floor was dusty on the rugs and under furniture, but I just swept a little extra while there.

Perfect place

Loved our stay here and the hostess was amazing. Everything was perfect for our needs. We especially loved the rain shower, decor, bed linens, and towels. The neighborhood is quiet and you can hear children playing nearby at the park, which is so nice to hear.

Cozy, Convenient, and Quaint

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this cozy apartment. It was the perfect size for me. Quiet, and convenient to the places I needed to be. Judi is a wonderful host and I would definitely stay here again.

Our family moved to Cleveland 5 years ago. We have loved being part of this community. Our favorite parts include being on campus at Lee University for sports events or movies under the stars! We jump in the car often for a quick drive to be near the whitewater of the Ocoee to swim in a mountain lake! We look forward to meeting you!

We loved being in the historic district with lol of the shops and restaurants a short walk away . We love this property because it's so close to Lee University. The whole park in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood adds tons of character to this house.
