We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. For starters, the location is perfect—just off Walden Creek Road. The master bed is very comfortable, and the steam shower is a neat feature, though the top is beginning to peel. My five year old had plenty of room to play, and the single-level layout made it very easy for my husband, who has mobility limitations, to navigate. We were pleasantly surprised to discover a hot tub, which I hadn't noticed in the listing. That was a wonderful bonus, as was the lovely piano. If I had one small critique, it would be that the living room got a bit chilly in the evenings after bedtime. Having a throw blanket or two available would be a nice touch.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the comfort, charming decor, and accessibility of the cabin!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your kind words! We're delighted that your family had a wonderful stay and that our accessible layout worked so well for your husband. We're thrilled you discovered and enjoyed the hot tub and piano—they're truly special touches! We appreciate your feedback about the living room temperature and throw blankets. That's a thoughtful suggestion we'll definitely consider adding. We also note your mention of the steam shower's peeling top and will have our team address that right away. We'd love to welcome you and your family back soon. Thank you for choosing us!

Mini vacation

The house was very nice the only thing I would ask is for the hot tub to be blocked in so you don't have to worry about animals coming up on you

A nice place

The property was really nice. The appliances were amazing. Close to everything. The little country store a little over a mile away was cute, convenient and was reasonably priced. Would stay here again. Also, we used the free tickets to attractions almost everyday, saved us hundreds of dollars.

Multi family getaway

I stayed at this property with my husband, 1 year old daughter, and my husband's parents. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together, and also for everyone to have their own space. The furnishings were comfortable, the appliances were new and easy to use. There were only about 5 steps to get in to the cabin. The drive in/ out was much easier coming from Pigeon Forge, but if you like a winding mountain drive the other direction was beautiful and exciting!

Enjoyed the Stay with some issues

Overall, the place was nice. The place was spacious, but was on the dark side due to indoor color choices. The couch in the master looked well used, but the kids enjoyed lounging. The TV in the master worked, but the living roomTV while it worked, the signal was too weak and just buffered. The hottub was off the back porch with no steps to get into it. You could walk on the edge of the porch floor, next to the porch steps, but it was covered in bird poop. While the location was good, we would not select this again.

Awesome property!

We had the best time! Wanted to extend our stay but it was already booked so we went to another property for 2 days. The house is so big, homie, great for spreading out. We will be staying again. The property contact was quick to respond to questions and the neighbor was friendly as well. One suggestion is to leave an owners manual or some kind of instructors for the master bath shower! We did have the question as others on who was staying in the garage apartment. Didnt bother us much just curious. Also there is no water access.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you had a great time at our property and that the house met your needs. We appreciate your feedback about the master bath shower instructions, and we'll make sure to address that. As for the garage apartment, it is available for guests to use, but we understand the curiosity. We'll be sure to provide clearer information about that in the future. We're sorry to hear that there is no water access, but we hope that didn't detract too much from your overall experience. We look forward to hosting you again in the future!

good trip

The trip was overall good. The Sweeper was clogged and I cleaned it out works wonderful now. The tv in the Master BR did not work would not connect bluetooth. and the Door in the Master did not open. So if there were a fire in the kitchen my fat ass would have to go out a window that was the only concerns . but the house was wonderful clean and all expected.

Overall a great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. So did our pup. The feature that allows all the swing gates to block in the porch made it nice to not worry about pup from getting where she wasn't supposed to be. I think the house needs it's own instruction book, the one size fits all rentals one did not answer any questions. Alexa had the same canned answers (just as frustrating as the one we have at home). We figured out most of it. We did have a few maintenance items for the manager but nothing we wanted to deal with maintenance over and nothing that really affected our stay much. Just to clarify, there is room for two cars in front of the cabin, and room for plenty more in the gravel drive around back.

Overall decent stay

Overall this cabin worked well for my family and I with pets for a weekend getaway. A few things didn’t set well with us though. Upon our arrival immediately we noticed security cameras outside the home and that was not presented to us prior to booking. Later that evening we noticed a garage with an overhead apartment almost touching the back of the home, there were people in it, again this was not told to us prior to the stay. The cabin was clean, needs updating. Beds were not as described it was more like one queen and two full beds. About 3 hours after leaving I receive a phone call about pets being left inside the unit. We had our pets and were miles away by then. When I called back to find out what they figured out the owners had come to the unit after we left and no one knew they were there and had their dogs with them. I asked about the little apartment on the back of the cabin and Eden Crest “had no record of that property and who it belonged to that it was not a rental property of theirs”. Upon leaving we also discovered another security camera facing a side door that was glass topped and the camera could see into the home. Most folks don’t enjoy being watched while they vacation. We will be investigating further but I feel other renters have a right to know. I wish we had.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay at the cabin. It's understandable that the presence of unexpected security cameras, neighboring properties, and the miscommunication regarding pets would be concerning and impact your experience. We apologize for the lack of transparency regarding these matters and for any inconvenience they caused. It is listed on the cabin information as having cameras and such.

Needs better upkeep

We enjoyed our visit to the Pigeon Forge area. Cabin was a great size for our family & was in a quiet area. It certainly could do with better upkeep & cleaning. We found dry dog food and dirt under the couch while looking for a toy we thought had rolled under there, stepped on dead bugs in the closet, & the fridge was sort of clean. Hot water was not sufficient for more than 1 1/2 short showers the first morning & we could not get the fancy shower in the master bath working. It had a control panel that did not work. Contacted management folks who sent someone out. They replaced a fridge filter which was needed & we were told the hot water was working. We already knew this, but wanted to know if it was working properly since there were 6 adults who needed showers. By really limiting water use & taking showers at different times of day, we were all able to get clean but this should not have been necessary. We did get an apology about the cold showers…no further info on the hot water heater & no instructions or explanation for the master shower. Hot tub seemed to work but was located in a dreary area. There was also mold on the bottom of the hot tub cover. We did not use the hot tub. The backyard was also in poor shape with gaps in the fence. I am usually able to give really good reviews on Vrbo stays, but the condition of this property leaves a lot to be desired. It did provide a cool place to sleep, but the lack of hot water and cleanliness was disappointing.

It was OK

When we arrived at cabin, we were not sure where to park. It stated lots of parking but only saw one place to park and it was on the side of the cabin. it was very cramped with a truck and a SUV.The picture of the firepit showed it was a nice size area, once we actually saw it, there was no were to actually sit and not be right on top of the pit. I would also recommend that if you have a firepit to for your guest to use, I would have chairs around it. The trouble shooting guide that was in the cabin did not go with the cabin, it was actually for another cabin. it did not help with the TVs. We ended up watching Netflex, YouTube, etc. There was no local channels but saw that there was an xfinity box. If there was supposed to have a been cable, it should have been hooked up. No remote for the TV in main bedroom but figured out that the remote for the living room tv also worked for the bedroom tv. Turned on dishwasher and it did not come on. After sometime we decided to check braker box and braker was off. Saw grill utensils to use on a grill but no grill. I would recommend getting a grill. Shower in main bedroom was very fancy, need to have some type of guide on how to use the shower. When you send the codes and passwords for WIFI, you need to let the guests know the name of the WIFI that goes with the cabin. When asking Alexa for the WIFI name and password, she gave us the wrong name and password. We had to guess the WIFI name.
