Welcome to our newly-remodeled lakeside property off the shores of Lake Erie.
Our home features 3 beds, 2 baths, open-concept living area, office space, brand new fully-stocked kitchen and plenty of outdoor space including a covered front porch and fireplace.
Enjoy sunset views on the porch or take sunset beach walks. We welcome family vacations, a friends reunion or just a little weekend getaway!

This home sits on a large private double-lot and is just 100 steps from the beach at Grandview Bay. There's plenty of room for outdoor activities including a fenced-backyard, fire pit, enclosed patio and amazing views of Lake Erie from the front porch.
Guests have the entire home and property to themselves.
The home is in walking/biking distance of Mickey Rats, Turtle Joe's, Connors Hot Dog Stand, The Lakeside Market and The Evans Town Park. Plus close to several local wedding venues on Lake Erie including SunCliff on the Lake, Camp Pioneer and The Evangola State Park.
