Beautiful home with great host!

The host was very nice and prompt, communication was great. This home is amazing we had more than enough space for our group, amenities was just as listed. I would definitely recommend this home if visiting Las Vegas and want to stay near the strip. I would rate this home more than a 10.

Fantastic property

This property was an amazing complex that fit all of my players and their significant others comfortably. The pool was amazing. The hot tub was hot and worked great. Owners are very nice and I dont have a single bad thing to say, we will definitely recommend staying here and we plan to Book with them again in the future

Great time

My friends and I had a blast. BBQ had full tanks, easy location to find, not to far away from the airport and was everything we asked for. Manager let us do a late check out so we could catch our flights. Comfortable rooms, nice and cool after the hot days and the pool and hot tub came in handy for the days we were exhausted after golfing in the heat! Well worth it and would book again for sure!

Wedding Party

The property has an old Vegas luxury feel. Very responsive owners with an ecclectic property that feels homey while giving you the space for a large group. It worked great to have the friends in the smaller house while the family stayed together. The entertaining area was excellent for both inside and outside space. The availability to have a small group over with enough parking made the whole trip so much easier and greatly increased our appreciation that we found this property to stay at. Would definitely recommend if privacy and group activities are both wanted.

Great Stay

One thing that may not be immediately clear is that this this property is separated into two properties. They are right next to each other, just a 20 second walk from each other. The outdoor area with pool and jacuzzi is spectacular. Also appreciate the amount of actual bedrooms the properties host, makes it easy everyone to get their own privacy. The hosts were also very accommodating and allowed for late checkout with no extra fee. The only critique I would give is some of the furniture and carpet don't seem to match with each other making it seem like an older style.

It is possible that these two houses were once quite impressive. Unfortunately, their time has passed. They have not been kept up to date, the furnishings are dated and worn and basic maintenance is lacking. The photos don’t show the burnt-out light bulbs, the unreliable hot water supply to the downstairs showers, the towel hook that appears to be attached to the wall but is not, the giant weeds growing beside the pool, the slope on some of the beds, the cinder blocks as support for a table, and the odd collection of kitchen dishes and utensils. On the plus side, the location is quite good. A short UBER ride to the strip, restaurants, and bars.

Great location to accommodate large groups

The overall experience was 3/5. Upon booking there was issues with the dates of our stay. Our departing date was sold to another family, forcing us to move to another property for a single night. The communication between us and the host for the departure date mix up was poor and was our first inconvenience of a trip for 19 people. The hot water heater went out the first day and we did not have hot running water for showers (even with a quick fix) for the whole week. Third, the dryer was not working properly - it took 5-8 hours to dry any of our clothes and towels. Even after that many cycles everything was damp. Charles was fantastic and came to save the day providing us a place to stay for our last night and was helpful with trying to accommodate immediate issues. We would've liked to see more of a proactive response and accommodation for the booking issue since we were paying over $1,000/night.

Wow, sometimes you just miss the boat. We had extended these folks on both sides of their reserved dates (rejecting another reservation) and even accommodated them in my personal home next door for their last night. Hot water was never absent as we have 2 water heaters and one was set and corrected the first day. As my father often said, some folk will always find the glass half empty. Sorry as we rallied right away to address any issues and all were corrected immediately. Best wishes always

Llegamos el jueves por la tarde 3n la noche notamos que la lavadora no servia,llame para reportalo el viernes por la mañana.me dijeron que el sábado iba a ir alguien y no llegaron hasta el domingo por la tarde ..3l sábado llego un amigo y el cuarto donde se iba a quedar estaba lleno de agua so no lo pudimos usar. El pool no estaba bueno el footbolito estaba rojo. La casa necesita bastante mantenimiento. No recomendaría la casa

Rodan+Fields Convention/Family Reunion

This is a great property for large groups to be able to gather in one place. Had easy communication with the property manager prior to arrival and upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted by the owner that answered any questions we had. During our stay, we experienced a sandstorm with strong winds. It was nice to hear promptly from the owner with updates of the storm and what we can expect if any issues. The property has 2 dwellings that will comfortably sleep 1 - 28 people very easily. We were here for a convention and it was awesome to have the pool, hot tub, billiard table, foosball tables, and multiple seating areas to be able to accommodate our guests in a very comfortable and casual setting. We loved that this property was very private and had ample parking for our guests. The Vegas strip was only 4-5 miles away from our convention hall and 2-3 miles away from the shopping outlets. We recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Vegas with a large group!

Great compound for groups

Property is really great for groups. Pool was not heated so it was a bit cool(even for us northerners) hot tub was good. Hanging out poolside was great.

Very nice property

Our group of Navy Veterans planned our 36 year reunion at this property. The house with the pool (I'll call main) is very large a little outdated as far as technology and could use a remodel but enjoyable and great for gathering. The smaller house is beautiful. Loved the fact that it was an enclosed compound. The review would have been 5 stars across the board but cleanliness was not 5, and our 3 star rating may have been pushing it. If you are going to use any of the utensils or drinking cups you will definitely want to wash every item first. There is no doubt we left the houses cleaner then when we arrived. When I told these guys "you know we paid for cleaning" their reply was "maybe they skipped it last time" Would book again if we plan another reunion in Vegas.

Not a good stay

Communication with the owners was TERRIBLE! I tried messaging and calling before my stay and never got a response back. Our stay started off with getting to the house and seeing that the home was double booked mistakenly by the owners with us and another group of 19. I tried call but again no response. The other group some got a hold to the owners via Vrbo and they sent 2 helpers and never called to apologize for inconvenience. Pool was not clean when we arrived and water was either warm or hot no cold. Also the house is very outdated with old tvs and decor. We made the best of our trip by staying on the strip and less time at the estate. We are VERY displeased

Great place for a sports team

We reserved this for our adult hockey team who was playing in a tourney in Vegas. 10 of our players stayed at the property and I cannot think of a better way to have spent the weekend. Convenient to the freeway but in a very quiet neighborhood. If you have a sports team and are looking for a large property, you must reserve this place.

Birthday celebration with Family

The property was very beautiful and clean. The owner Charles and Linda was very helpful from the time I got off the plane. We had issues at the rent a car place due to long lines. Charles constantly kept in touch with me and also was there to assist my family until we arrived. This property also had a guest house which we rented both. The up keep of the property and landscape is beautiful. I recommend this property if you are looking for a property with enough rooms and space to enjoy family. Thank you Charles and Linda

The Paradise Estate Pool & Spa is close to the strip with great Strip and Mountains views. Family owned private estate. Plenty of parking for corporate events, sports teams, NFR, retreats, reunions.
Lots of space and handicapped accessible. Putting green, custom pool with waterfall, 6 person hot tub, ping pong, pool table, poker table, grand room for meetings/gatherings.
Owner is a Shriner and contributes with each booking to the Shriner's Hospitals for Children.

Sleeps up to 26-28... (Standard occupancy: 20) Ideal for family reunions, corporate events, small weddings, sports teams and non-profit organizations. We support the Shriner's Hospitals for Children with each of our bookings.
