We were in Vegas for our son's wedding. We're so glad we decided on a rental instead of the hotel. This property was perfect. Close enough to the venue and after events but being able to come back and have some quiet time was exactly what we were looking for. The place is immaculate. So clean and sanitary. Very beautiful and comfortable amenities. Eddie was a gem. We arrived and had snacks and some beverages waiting for us. Such a nice touch. Beds were super comfy and appreciated having extra bath towels available! Plus there were huge TV’s in every room. Everyone was happy!

Perfect spot for a family! Clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with goodies and drinks which were greatly appreciated! Communication with host was excellent. Will stay again next time in Vegas!

Not an exaggeration, this was the most incredible property that I've ever stayed in! From beginning to end, the communication was stellar and I could tell how much the host (Edith) enjoyed creating beautiful, unforgettable experiences for her guests. Check-in was seamless and the property was secure, with parking nearly right in front of the unit's door.I cannot recall a time that I felt so cared for. Everything had been considered, even feminine products - and there was a spa tub - - how in the world did I miss that when reading the description? My best friend and I raved about this property & Edith's VIP service to everyone who would listen (in our minds, she became one of our best friends, because how could she know all of the things we loved while vacationing??). We would stay here over & over again and would I absolutely recommend this to others. From the plush towel & ridiculously comfortable beds, to the generous amenities, snack basket, fully stacked coffee, tea, and beverage mini-fridge & everything in between, there just hasn't been a place that in all of my travels that would compare to this.Thank you for being the icing on the cake to our 1st visit to Allegiant & Cowboy Carter!

Comfortable and clean condo

Communication with the manager was incredible pretty much from the time I made the reservation. The condo was very clean and comfortable with all of the amenities you need. The location was great for us -- far enough away from the strip but easy to get there when we wanted to explore. We were too busy to take advantage of the pool, but it looked nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Vegas!

Family of 4. We were in town for our 15 year old son’s hockey at Las Vegas Ice Center. This was very convenient to everything. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. There was coffee and even my favorite nespresso milk frother. We will absolutely stay there again. Went to the strip once and very close to that as well. We like to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms rather than cramming into a single hotel room with the kids. And thank you for the snacks - the kids were thrilled!

Cleanest and most well appointed rental ever

Never have we checked into a rental that was so clean. Also the kitchen was the best we’ve used, sharp knives plenty of cookware and supporting ingredients to make it easy to prep a meal. We appreciated that it’s not too close to the casino scene, but easy access if you want it. Edith is super responsive.

The Perfect Place for Our Vegas Weekend

This property worked perfectly for my family’s weekend excursion. It is a short drive to Allegiant Stadium and the strip. It is clean and the host was very easy to communicate with. I was impressed with how well stocked it is. Highly recommend for your consideration.

Amazing!

We were in Vegas for a soccer tournament for my daughter. This place is so adorable, super clean, beautifully decorated, and we were blown away over how well stocked it is with all essentials you may need or forgot to pack. It was a short 15 min drive to the strip and a short drive to our soccer tournament. Host was quick to respond to our messages and even had our favorite snacks waiting for us upon arrival! Oh, and the beds are sooooo comfortable!! One of the best places we have stayed for sure!! Thank u for arranging a later check out also...we will be back for sure! :)

Everything is new! From the bed sheets to the plates and everything in between. All the furniture was hand picked including the gel memory foam mattresses and lush towels. We offer a mini fridge with complimentary drinks for our guests as well as a coffee and tea bar. We have a large assortment of spices for our cooks, books for all ages and 3 brand new flat screen TVs. We have a washer and dryer in the unit as well as brand new kitchen appliances.
