Primary renter needs to be 25 years or older to rent this property.

This home has a short steep driveway (about 10 feet length) and may need AWD during wet and icy weather conditions. There is ample street parking if you choose to walk up the driveway.

Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. Please purchase travel insurance to avoid disappointment.

You'll be in the mountains and so nature related elements are inevitable like weather, wildlife & critters. You may lose power if there is a snowstorm/fallen trees etc. and might see bears from time to time. Please do follow all the safety protocols and don't approach any bears.
