* STRICT MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY & DROP-IN GUEST LIMITS: The maximum total occupancy of the property is strictly capped at 14 persons. Drop-in visitors or additional guests are not permitted if they cause the total number of people on the property to exceed the maximum occupancy limit of 14. All individuals on the property—whether visiting for the day, joining for meals, or staying overnight—must be registered on the official reservation and accounted for within the maximum limit. Exceeding the maximum limit or allowing unregistered drop-in visitors beyond capacity constitutes a direct violation of our city permit and house rules.

* EXTRA GUEST FEES (BASE RATE APPLIES UP TO 10 GUESTS): The base rental rate covers up to 10 guests. To ensure transparency, additional guest charges apply per night for every guest over the base minimum of 10, up to the maximum limit of 14. Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects your exact total guest count prior to arrival, as rates will increase automatically for any occupancy exceeding 10 guests.

* NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home.

* NO PETS: Animals of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises under any circumstances.
