9-minute drive to the beach, Oceanside, Carlsbad shopping center. This property is a part of the Condominium complex. It's not a vocational rental, it is a 30+ days minimum stay property.

Long-stay (30+ days) guests have to sign a rental agreement before moving in to comply with local laws and community policies.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept reservations made too far in advance. We must regretfully decline any reservation request that has a start date more than two weeks after the end of the previous reservation.

Check-In: self check-in instructions will be provided a day before move-in day.

Pets: Small pets can be allowed by request.

Cleaning: We provide a mandatory 2-hour (minimum) cleaning every other week to make your stay more comfortable at the rate of $30/h.
