Perfect! I am an ex-Californian and forever O'side Local. Brought my wife out for her first visit and we had everything we needed. BRAD WAS GREAT! Just sorry we stayed so busy that we didn't have more time to kick it at the pad. Communication was smooth, ease of travel up and down the coast, local flavor, great neighborhood, and no surprises.Cannot recommend this spot enough!God bless!

Good spot in the middle of everything cool

Thought the property was super nice will definitely try and stay here again sometime loved the location and the beach is just a short drive away lots of parking for only like 5 for the day

Comfortable and clean studio apartment. It had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. The host, Brad, made us feel very welcome. I would recommend it to others.

Overall as advertised, older property and neighborhood was expected, street parking only was a tad cumbersome at times…mainly when neighbor was having a yard sale…lol. Only real negative was the yard area in back, which is just outside the unit entry, it is some sort of run down old greenhouse or set of planters etc. which if cleaned up or removed would improve the feel of the place, particularly when sitting outside.

Simple stay

Property is overall basic but as described. Maybe some updated features would make it overall better more comfortable stay for the price. My puppy had no problem finding an area to use the bathroom. Good location, quiet community.

This cute studio apartment met all of our needs. Ideal location close to the beach, shopping, downtown and freeways. The bed was comfortable, a good kitchen with a stove? Oven that works, refrigerator, nice bathroom with big tub and walk-in/shower. The property owner is very nice and allows you your privacy

Great little place

Stayed here for a little over a week with my fiance and absolutely loved the location and everything that was within walking distance of the property. Had to dig through the property listing a little for all the details of where to find the door and a few other things (we also arrived at night, so that didn't help with finding things), but once we found all the details everything went smoothly and we had a nice stay. Great little property!

July 4th in Oceanside

The location of the studio is fantastic! Oceanside pier, beach, grocery stores, freeway are all conveniently located. The room, kitchen and bathroom were surfaced clean. Kitchen stove had food remanence, the toilet area had a foul smell. A bit more attention to detail would be nice, newer towels and better cooking pans. Thank you.

Oceanside getaway

Quiet, cozy and private studio in back of house. Room for our dog to explore. Loved the brand of sheets, pillows were great and bed was comfy! Clean place and plenty of toiletries available. Quantity of towels was very nice, however bath towels smelled like they were not used in awhile so we made do with the beach towels provided which were very nice. This is not enough to rate the stay lower than 5 stars, still an A+ compared to other places we have stayed. The owners do an amazing job and made sure we knew to reach out anytime, very hospitable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this comfy unit is well thought out, very clean and very convenient. Would definitely stay again. Brad made sure he checked in with us on our arrival date and this was very much appreciated.
