Perched on the sixth floor, this oceanfront condo in the Baywatch complex offers a sweeping ocean view. Stash your bags, grab the beverage of your choice, and step out to your oceanfront balcony to start enjoying it immediately. Inside, you’ll find a light-filled space with all the comforts of home. The chef can prepare tasty meals in the full, well-equipped kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances, and the gang can dine together at the adjacent table.

When it’s time to explore, you don’t have to go far to find fun - the Baywatch community offers 18 indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, kiddie pool, and more. With an on-site gym, you can even sneak in a workout before dinner - at one of the on-site restaurants, naturally. Cool off at the end of the day in the central AC while you watch some TV, or take advantage of the free DVD rental program and pop in a movie. More vacation conveniences include a washer/dryer and central AC.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.
Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!
Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowboard community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
