This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor condo (no elevator) sleeps 8 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 king & 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Located at 1809 South Ocean Blvd., Ocean Garden Villas is a very comfortable and clean 3-story condo complex, located along the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. There are miles of beautiful, sandy beaches in both directions. This fully furnished condo has everything you will need for a perfect vacation including Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, washer & dryer in unit, your own private balcony overlooking the pool area with an ocean view as well, and wireless internet. This complex has an outdoor pool, sundeck, and BBQ area.

Nice Place

Nice place for the price. Only complaint was the pool was out the entire 7 nights we stayed there We were super bummed about that.

Located is great, you're onthe beach

Location is great, you're on the beach, the place needs a really good deep cleaning, as far as recently updated, painting is not updating, the front doorhas a deadbolt tht doesn't lineup, the 2nd bathroom cme right out of the 60's, along with the rusy cast iron tub, that being said, it could be a really nice place with the proper updates

Great place in wonderful area

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Everything was as good as we expected. We did have almost 2 days of bad weather which kept us inside. With that said, our only suggestion would be to install a bit larger tv in the living room with smart tv features. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Paradise

Location excellent, fairly priced, friendly, helpful and polite residents. Beds were excellent, plenty of towels. Had issue with fridge, but it was repaired in a timely manner. View of ocean from balcony was great. Would stay here again.

Great location

The condo is exactly as pictures show. Great view from balcony! Area is very quiet and traffic did not seem awful. Only negatives were more of a preference issue, not an issue with the condo (I.e. master shower too small and mattress uncomfortable).

Location is excellent. Great service from North Beach Realty. Condo bathrooms would need a facelift especially the toilet seats. Shower in main bedroom both faucets are loose cold water faucet leaks. But all in all we had a wonderful vacay returning next year.

Very clean and nice place

While we could see the beach it should not indicate a balcony overlooking the beach. It was a small side view between buildings. Otherwise everything was fine.

Unit smaller than I anticipated. Quiet crowded for 5 adults and an infant. Was clean as one of the few positives.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time while staying at oceans villas. The weather was great, the condo was spacious and very clean. The only thing, the pool was shut down for the year. Maybe, list the closure date in the description. But we had an absolutely amazing time! Would definitely stay again.

The pool opened our last day and it was really nice. The location was nice and not crowded. Tou literally walk out of the pool area and you're on the beach. We were within half an hour of everything we wanted to seeexcept brookgreen gardens which was an hour. I would definitely stay here again.

Ocean Garden Villa F2

A clean, well-kept unit (e.g., the flooring, bathrooms, and fridge were all current). The bunk beds and king bed in the one bedroom was ideal for my family. There are only two things that I would comment on: (1) only 1 of the 4 burners on the stove worked so that made it difficult to cook; (2) there was not a lot of cookware so had to make do with several meals. Overall, I would recommend the unit but the stove needs fixed.

3rd time to the area

We have stayed at this location 2 or the 3 times we have go to S.C. This time around, the unit had issues. Unlike the first time staying in the condo, there were problems with dryer, coffee maker, doors, tv remotes, sink sprayer leaked and the toilet needs to be replaced. Called the office number on the packet and left a message the day after we go there and left a detailed message. We didnt hear back at all. We made the best of it with 5 people. The amenities were great in the area. We had a good time with that part.

Family vacation

Overall it was pretty good. The master shower is way small & I'm not a big person. The air conditioner started leaking the first day & the maintenance man came fairly quickly & he was great! Very personable, professional & did a great job! He cleaned up after himself very well!! The condo needs more hooks for towels & beach bags, etc. Not having a pantry was bad because nowhere to put our none perishable foods. A freestanding cabinet on the wall between the rooms would be great or at least a shelving unit of some sort. Loved that the beds had mattress protectors on them as they all should! Liked having the beach closet to put chairs, etc. in. Location was great, right in the beach & the pool was nice! The patio side view to the beach was perfect & overlooked the pool! The kitchen was not well stocked. Had to get a new coffee maker the first day due to the existing one not working but the management office provided a new one. There are not good options for baking supplies. Only 1 tiny cookie sheet. (had to buy one while there) It would be nice to have a pizza pan too! There were not any mixing bowls really & missing measuring cup/spoons but I always bring my own because this seems to always be the case! The master did not have a hand towel hanger/hook. Maintenance guy stated he would make note of it to the office & thought that was weird. Overall it was pretty good but needs some TLC with supplies & more hooks,everywhere, etc!
