Located next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, your retreat provides direct access to a championship-designed course perched atop one of the highest points in Florida.

Spend relaxing days perfecting your swing, then return home to unwind in your sun-kissed living area. A spacious kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and ample counter space to whip up tasty recipes. Find plenty of room to enjoy meals together between the breakfast nook and dining table.

As evening falls, rest easy in one of the well-appointed bedrooms. The primary suite wows with direct access to the pool area and an en suite bathroom with a deep garden tub, separate shower, and double vanity.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Residence was a pleasure to stay at. Rooms were well equipped, beds comfy, kitchen very clean and well appointed. Pool and lanai was a nice touch and nice to enjoy our morning coffee to start the day and a glass of wine in the evening. One very minor point: one outside light next to garage appears to be out (probably bulb). We'll definitely be back!

Everything was fine

This is a very nice place. I own a cleaning company I did see areas with could have been cleaned better. But the stay was very nice!

Last year we stayed with Eagle Mgt. They did an excellent job of responding to our issues. Every issue we had we dealt with in a timely matter. With VACASA, they responded to every complaint with, " thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Beautiful home close to attractions

We've rented here before. Still a beautiful home close to Disney attractions and family members. Wish we could have stayed longer.Only disappointment was that we had paid for the pool to be heated and it did not get done. Too late to heat it once we arrived as it takes several days. We did receive a refund but were do looking forward to hopping in and out of the pool. One of the reasons we rented the home.

Decent, great location

overall the house meet our needs since we were at a Disney all day. The home needs some updates, little outdated compared to most places I've stayed. Price makes those things not to much of a big deal. Highly recommend rubber Bathmats for the shower, extremely slippery and dangerous for my elderly parents. Home is located in a great neighborhood, central location to lots of attractions and stores and restaurants.

Our stay was good, the rental was clean, lots of dishes and good supply of pots and pans for our extended stay. The bed was comfortable, we only used the one bed, but they all seemed fairly new. On occasion in the neighbourhood dogs bark, but it’s a residential area, so people have dogs. But we were never kept awake because of them. We had good service from the VACASA staff; the few small problems we had with the unit were taken care of quickly.

Disappointing

It is dated. The pool is ok but not that big for a group. The washing machine doesn’t clean properly. There are ants in the property. The air con is only in the main living area not the bedrooms. The villa is small for a larger group. The decor is not maintained and is outdated. Overall not worth the money and was disappointed.

This was the second time we rented a house in Davenport after driving from Canada. This location was ideal for us being close to other Cdn friends, the golf course and right around the corner from Publix. However, we were disappointed with the condition of the furniture and appliances. This rental could use some TLC. When we arrived we found the coffee maker was broken, the racks in the fridge were broken, one of the dining room chairs were broken. When we checked the pool, it was not warm. We complained to the owner and immediatly had a new coffee maker. The pool heat we figured out on our own. If we could, we would rate the property 3.5 out of 5. Again the location was perfect for us so we overlooked the downside. We would rent it again if the owner decides to update the property.

Great Location

The house is a wonderful neighborhood, great area to walk and close to the golf course. We spent 23 nights at the house and I'll give you the pro's and con's. Pro's, the pool was very nice and after a day golfing it was nice to jump into the pool. The back yard is private and quiet except when the neighbor who is a permanent resident leaves his dog outside for hours and then barks constantly. The bed in the Master bedroom was very comfortable. When we had a problem with the lock on the patio doors, the property manager responded quickly. The kitchen has a good supply of dishes. Con's The day we arrived we had an issue opening the door and when I called the property manager I wasn't getting a lot of help. I eventually figured it out on my own. My biggest issue was the condition of the front lawn. When we arrived it appeared that the lawn hadn't been cut in at least 3-4 weeks. I mentioned it to the property manager and they said they would take care of it. The lawn was never cut in the 23 days we were there. Small details can make a big impression on your overall stay,

Would not recommend

I would not recommend this property to anyone. At first glance the home seems okay but as you settle in you realize this property is NOT kept up well. The entry rugs had stains (those could easily be replaced but clearly abandoned) It’s severely outdated. The couch in the living room has stains and is worn out. The walls have scuff marks (could easily be cleaned but not done). The A/C can only be set as low as 74 or it “freezes up” should be noted on the booking because it does not cool the house during the day. When we arrived it was 80 degrees in the house and even the thermostat being set on 74 during the day it stayed at 80 and takes hours into the night to reach 74. My family slept horribly because it was so hot. Not to mention the A/C unit makes a horrible noise every morning around 5am and would wake my kids up. Pool was not cleaned prior to us coming. The pool net was tore to shreds couldn’t use it even if we wanted. The was chewed gum, hair and ants at the bottom of the pool (my daughter noticed when she jumped in and was swimming with goggles) The master bath shower had pubic hair or some kind of hair on the shower curb stepping in. Sink stoppers did not work and were all pushed down so I had to go under the sink to push up so the water can drain. If it was not my daughter’s birthday and we did not have to travel hours to get there and had plans all weekend long we would have left after the first night.
