Le ofrecemos una hermosa villa de tres dormitorios con aire acondicionado y piscina privada y spa ubicado en la comunidad de Highlands Reserve Golf.

Nuestra villa cuenta con tres cómodas habitaciones, dos baños completos, dos salones / salas de estar, una sala de juegos, una cocina moderna totalmente equipada, rincón de desayuno y un comedor formal. Nuestra villa también cuenta con una gran lavadora y secadora para uso de nuestros huéspedes.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size celestial. Hay una puerta corrediza de vidrio que conduce desde el dormitorio principal al área de la piscina. El baño tiene lavabos para él y para ella, una ducha grande separada de la bañera y un inodoro separado. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Estas habitaciones están separadas por un baño completo. La villa dormirá de seis a diez cómodamente. Hay un cómodo sofá cama queen en uno de los salones / salas de estar y otro sofá cama queen en la sala de juegos.

Tenemos una piscina privada de 30 pies y jacuzzi. Ambos se pueden calentar por una tarifa adicional, y se establecerán en 88F para la piscina y 100F para el Jacuzzi (SPA). El jacuzzi se maneja fácilmente con el uso de un temporizador. El área de la piscina incluye una valla de seguridad para niños de ancho completo. Hay amplios y cómodos muebles de piscina para tomar el sol. También hay un lanai cubierto para la máxima comodidad si prefiere relajarse a la sombra.

Great place to stay.

Spent the Easter Holiday at Highlands Reserve. The house had plenty of room and looked like the pictures. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The house is dated and could use some basic updates. Overall, it was a great stay, close to parks and stores. We would definitely consider returning.

Wonderful family vacation

Gorgeous villa. Everything is clean and nice. Close to all the services, restaurants, stores and major parks. A walmart is 5 minutes from the villa. Very good and quick answers from the managers. We will for sure be back!

Perfect Again!

This is our second stay in this villa, Christian and Linda are always so prompt at responding to any questions you may have right from the beginning. Very clean when we got there just as it was the last time. The local house management team does an amazing job of ensuring the villa is spotless, they too are very responsive if needed. The new gaming room is awesome, the kids really like playing in the new gaming room with the Wii game console and the AirHockey table. The pool was amazing again and well used by us and the kids and we (the parents) really appreciated the hot tub, very relaxing after a day at the parks. Once again it was so nice to stay in a peaceful well kept community where you feel safe. Having Publix and some restaurants 2 minutes down the road is ideal. We will definitely return next year as we won't be disappointed. Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to rent in this area.

A fantastic Disney holiday base

We had a great stay at the villa. Fantastic neighborhood (quiet, well kept and felt secure), well located for an easy drive to Disney, the villa was spotless and having the pool (pool got the sum most of the day) heated meant the kids had endless fun in the pool after hot days. Could do with more access to TV channels but that is being picky. Would highly recommend the villa to everyone. We will certainly go again.

Overall very happy with it

We are very happy at location ,our 3rd year there. very close to Disney and on a golf course. excellent area for walking with sidewalks. clean & well maintained with good service if needed.we would recommend this property yo others. we were there 3 months and did go to Epcot as well as other Disney resorts.

Clean, Relaxing Family Vacation Home

My family and I stayed at this home for the week of Thanksgiving 2018. The home looks just as the pictures. It is very clean and has everything needed for a home away from home. We added the heater option to the pool which worked perfectly. The location is perfect if you plan on visiting any parks or any place in Orlando. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The owners are very responsive to messages and ensure that everything is available and set up for you. I will definitely consider revisiting this property for future trips to Orlando.

Tired and worn.

I would not recommend this particular villa. The villa inside and out appears tired and worn, the soft furnishing including the furniture, bedding and towels are way past their best. The pool and deck get very little sun due to their position. If privacy is required again this villa will disappoint as the causeway/street is very close to the pool area and no screening is present,on an evening anyone could see into the lounge as no blinds were fitted instead a net curtain, it felt as though we were in a gold fish bowl. The entertainment package provided was abysmal just an handful of Canadian stations with no DVD's just empty holders. The only positive was its location to Berrytown centre,a one mile walk to Applebees diner plus the golf course is on hand. Having stopped in this area several times I would say there is much better value out there. The photographs definitely flatter the villa.

Would stay here again

Located about 25 min from Disney, it was a nice stay. Solid 4 star rating. Clean bathrooms, nice shower. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a good course. Christian got us hooked up with the heated pool since it was a last min booking for a minimal fee. Pool was perfect temperature but hot tub didn’t get too hot and you can’t use hot tub after 10:30. All in all, a great place at a good price. We would stay here again.

The place is very nice and in a great location.

The house is located in a quiet development. I was able to jog in the mornings around the housing development with no problems. The house has everything you need and was very clean. The pool and jacuzzi were great to have. The house was the perfect size for the two of us or if you had a small family. I would definitely stay again if I was to visit Orlando. I’d bring my golf clubs next time since it was so close to golf courses I just didn’t have the time to play on this trip. Myself and my girlfriend are the type to relax at home in the evenings and the tv in the living area got its use from us while we were at the house. One suggestion I would bring a small Bluetooth speaker for the house or the pool area to listen to music during your stay. There was no need to bring towels there were more than enough for our stay.

Home was perfect for our week getaway!

Home was comfortable and well stocked. It had great accessability to all the parks and shopping nearby. Only complaints are poor or conflicting instructions on trash recycling and use of television/satellite system. We also found several lamps to be missing lightbulbs and purchased several which we left behind for next renters. We would stay here again.

Great Vacation!

Home is clean and comfortable with all the bare necessities to ensure a great stay. We loved the fact that the master suite was on the other side of home, plenty of privacy. The only reason we did not rate it a 5 star is because we did not like the fact that the pool on one side was visible from the street. No bushes or landscape on the that one side for privacy, otherwise, a great stay.

Mooi en ruim huis met grote masterbedroom met daaraan sluitend een grote badkamer met aparte douche en bad. Fijne slaapkamer voor kinderen met daarnaast een badkamer. Ruime keuken met voldoende keukenapparatuur. Handdoeken voor badkamers en zwembad zijn aanwezig. Goede wasmachine en droger die je kunt gebruiken. In de garage staat een voetbaltafel en een air hockey tafel, harstikke leuk! Het zwembad is groot met daarbij ook nog een jacuzzi! Ruime patio waar je heerlijk kunt zitten in de schaduw, echt perfect! Wij hebben hier ook altijd gegeten ipv binnen. In de hoek van de patio staat een gasBBQ die wij diverse keren gebruikt hebben. Wij hadden al vaker een huis (groter) huis gehuurd in Davenport maar dit 6 persoonshuis is favoriet! Op 8 minuten rijafstand van een Walmart en Target voor de boodschappen en ongeveer 30 minuten rijafstand voor de vele pretparken en malls/outlets in de buurt. A very clean, well organized place to stay.

A very clean, well organized place to stay. It had everything we needed for accommodating our month away. Very nice pool and hot tub. Glad we went with the pool heat as the weather wasn't the hottest the last 2 weeks. I would vacation at this property again.

This house was perfect!

This house was perfect for our Disney vacation. It was a 25 to 30 minute drive to all the things we wanted to do and was much better than staying on site and taking the Disney transportation. The house itself was immaculate and we had so much fun in the pool and hot tub. The beds were comfortable and everyone was happy to have so much space after our days in the park. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. Enjoyed Disney parks and had a great place to relax and enjoy our down time.

The homeowners were beyond accommodating. We loved the private pool and jacuzzi. Couldn't ask for a better place to relax and enjoy our family vacation. The villa was close to Disney parks which was important to us. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing owner to work with!

House was great Location was great Owner responsiveness was great The house cleaning team even found my jewelry I left behind and are mailing it back to me!!! The only downside is the neighbor who yelled at the kids for being loud when we got in around 9:30 at night. They were super excited about the pool and were louder than they should have been and he scared them so bad they didn't go back out to the pool until the last day.

Great place for a family holiday !!

This is the second time we rent Linda and Christian's villa and we had again a wonderful stay. It was very clean, well maintained and some upgrades has been done since our first stay . New floor in living area and all new flat screen T'vs. We all enjoyed the pool and the pretty privat pool deck and grill. The neighborhood is peacefull and perfectly maintained, a little heaven with supermarket and restaurant at 2 mn, Disney parks at 20 mn. It was a pleasure to deal with the owner, very quick in responding to any email I sent. The manager was helpful and pleasant, our youngest daughter broke the glass coffee pot by helping her mom to empty the dishwasher.......we got a replacement coffe maker in the next few hours, and manager refused to charge it, like the first time everything was just perfect and our deposit has been fully refunded in less than 3 days ...... I really do not understand the previous 1 star review........ We will definitely come back. Nadiège P.

Clean, well kept property

We just returned from a 10 day stay at this property and it was just as described. Very clean, close to everything and the pool was excellent. Had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Disappointed

The pictures of this home / villa do not accurately portray the property. The home had a broken window frame in the children's bedroom (both window locks were missing), there was no electricity to the outlets in either bathroom, no air hockey puck, no ball for the fooseball table, & greasy pans in the oven. The vertical blinds were missing so many pieces they could not offer any privacy, in fact 2 pieces were laying on the floor upon our arrival. The furniture is covered in stains, and the master bath shower has a water leak by the floor leaving a significant remnant of water damage. In addition to this home not being very well maintained, it was also not very clean (sock behind night stands, food under and in the living room furniture, etc.). On the plus side, Christian was easy to communicate with (the management company not so much). Christian did get the bedroom window locks fixed the next day, although were never notified someone was coming or that they had been there. Part of my security deposit ($100) was kept to replace a towel rod that fell of the wall and broke. Proceed to this "Villa" with caution.

We are a family of six and this house is our getaway from our cold winters in Canada. With so many activities to do in Orlando, we alway enjoy our time at our villa.

We try to keep our property to a high standard of quality and cleanliness and continually make improvement to it. In the last two years, we've changed the carpets for new laminated wood-like floors in common areas, new mattresses, new home appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher), new TVs, and we just put the finishing touch to our new gaming room and fully redecorated and new furniture in the master bedroom.

Heated Pool and Jacuzzi - When the pool heater is added to your reservation, the Jacuzzi (SPA) will be heated up to 100F...great for relaxing after a big day at the theme parc. Our villa can sleep comfortably 6 persons and up to 10 persons with the two sofa beds , one in the living room and one in the gaming room. Our villa is located in the the very quiet and popular Highlands Reserve housing community which is built around an 18-hole golf course.
