Hi John, I'm sorry you did not appreciate your stay at our villa. This rating and review comes as a surprise and disappointment to us as the only communication you and I had during your stay, was in regards with the non-availability of a TV channel broadcasting the baseball series, the very night it was airing the last game. Our TV Satellite subscription, as indicated in the listing, includes 5 of the major US channels (NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, PBS), a few French and English Canadian channels as well as other specialty channels and we can add more specialty channels upon requests from our guests. You mention the picture are flattering! In our opinion, the pictures in our listing are not flattering, rather they accurately represents the current state of our villa as attested by other guest reviews. We constantly strive to keep our house in the utmost condition of cleanliness and to respond to our guests with solutions for legitimate requests (such as your complaint about worn sheets, etc.), when guests call us to let us know! We keep on improving our villa. We've redecorated and repainted several rooms this year, changed some home appliances for new ones, installed new A/C unit , new mattresses, changed carpets for new laminated wood-like floors and we just finished building a brand new gaming room in the garage. Again, I'm very sorry our house did not meet your expectations, but a two star rating makes our house appear as one that is not clean and badly maintain and that is not the case as explained here above and as reported in other reviews. The lack of specialty TV channels and the fact that our pool deck is somewhat visible from the very quiet street on the side might be something you did not appreciate, but in our opinion that does not make it a rating of 2 stars, especially that the pictures are showing the backyard of our house and that should've not been a surprise to you. Some actually see this as a plus, as we have no neighbors on the street side and it provides a play area for kids while still being visible from the pool deck. Christian

Hi John Thanks for this solid 4 stars, and your good comments on our villa. We definitely look forward to having you soon again. The Jacuzzi's heating temperature is set to 100F which is considered fairly warm. It is not recommended that we go higher than this for some of our guests may experience health issues if it gets too hot. And yes the pool pump is scheduled to stop at 11:00PM every night for we need to be mindful of our neighbors and the quiet time in the community which runs from 10PM to 8AM.
