Kick back and relax in this clean, calm, stylish space in Ladson SC. It resides 30 minutes from Downtown Charleston, 40 minutes from Mt Pleasants/Isles of Palm areas and 45 minutes from Folly Beach SC.

Hello! Welcome to our townhome. We are so glad you decided to stay here, and we hope you have a great time in our city.



We are happy to share our special getaway with you and truly hope you get to enjoy it as much as we do. There is a waterway behind the townhomes. The natural views are priceless and if you like to observe nature. There are some fantastic restaurants in local the area. Our favorite is Gilligan’s for mouthwatering Seafood. There are mini shopping areas near Dorchester Rd and Northwoods Mall is within 10 miles away. Tanger Outlets is approx. 20 minutes away.

This book contains information about the townhouse and area to help you enjoy your stay. You should find everything that you need, but if you have a question that isn’t covered here, please do get in touch with me and let me know how we can help.



There is two security doorbell cameras on the front and back doors of the property. These may record motion during your stay. They are in place for our safety and yours, attempting to disconnect them or destroy them will be reported as a violation of your stay.

Check-in is at 3 pm or beyond unless otherwise discussed and agreed to via AirBnB messaging. You will be issued a code for the electronic lock. This code is valid during the agreed-upon entry and exit times. This code is disabled at your departure. Note: if you need to check in earlier, please contact host.



CHECK OUT PROCEDURE As a reminder, check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day your booking ends.



Before you leave, could you please:

● Put all the dirty towels in the washing machine. My cleaning crew will wash them.

● Collect all garbage and put it in the green trash can housed on the exterior of the unit.

● Turn off the lights and small appliances.

● Place the AC unit at 68 degrees (Auto)

● Close and lock all windows and blinds.

● Report all damaged or missing items at the time you are there.

● TV remotes - where they can easily be seen or near the TVs.

Lock the doors.



Any late check-out is subject to a late check-out fee of $100 USD. If your late checkout exceeds two hours, you will be charged for an additional day but you are not allowed to possess the property for an additional day. This fee is a penalty assessed for delaying turnover for our next guest. This additional day charge is the BASE RATE of the home without discounts that may have been applied.



We would really appreciate it if you could leave us a review to let us know how your stay was. We love to hear from our guests!

All guests have to follow these rules at all times. These rules are strongly enforced.

Failure to do this is a violation of our House Rules; no entry/no refund if you violate the rules.



Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of your stay.



General:

This is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, and is also our home. Please be respectful of the property.



If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property and you have relayed this concern to Airbnb and/or to us, you are authorizing us to enter the property and resolve the concern raised. Permission is not needed to access the property if you have raised a concern that requires resolution. We will do our best to communicate prior to arrival and entry via Airbnb messenger and not be intrusive during your visit.



Locals must contact the host before booking.



Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges.



No illegal activities and weapons of any kind.



Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning, so it can be resolved. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before your departure.



If the property is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest would leave the home in, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be assessed.



Smoking/Drug Policy:

There is no smoking or drugs allowed - by anyone staying or visiting - anywhere on the property or around it. Smoking in or around the property leaves the property in a condition not suitable for the next guest. There will be a $300 fee per day for smoking inside or on the property.



Guest(s) of Airbnb Residents:

We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick you up, but you may not use the home to throw a party. Parties and Events of any kind are not allowed in the townhome or in the community. Loud music/noise inside the townhome is not allowed between 9 pm - 10 am. Loud music/noise outside of the home is not allowed between 8 pm - 10 am.



The occupancy limit for this property is 4 and any additional guests or unregistered guests on the property will be automatically vacated for trespassing. All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price. This must be done no later than 24 hours prior to check-in and paid for at that time. Failure to do this is a violation of our House Rules; no entry/no refund if you violate the rules.



Pets:

Pets of any kind are not allowed in the home or on the property.



Parking:

2 parking spaces are permitted in the driveway.



Circuit Breakers:

The breaker box is located in the storage room. It is locked during your stay; however, in an emergency, please call and I will have someone come by to open it for you.



GFCI Outlets:

Both the kitchen and bathroom are protected by GFCI. This is to prevent an electric shock. There is one GFCI “master switch” in each room. In the bathrooms, it is one the water. Simply press the top button to reset the electricity flow to the room, if needed.



Disposal:

The button that activates it is above the sink.



The Coffee maker is on the counter.



Indoor & Outdoor Furniture:

The bed, sofa, appliances, etc are not to be moved around - even if you intend to put them back after your stay.



Appliances:

No appliances of any kind are allowed to be brought onto the property. This includes but is not limited to space heaters, portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, etc.



Trash:

This house has two garbage receptacles. One small trash can is located in the kitchen and a large green trash receptacle is located on the exterior of the house. The trash for this unit is handled by my cleaning crew; therefore, do not pull my trash can to the road upon departing.



Travel Essentials:

In the laundry area, we have provided an iron. Toilet paper can be found under the sink in each bathroom cabinet.



Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Our housekeeping team will wash all the laundry.



Towels are to be used only for their intended purposes. Any makeup/foundation face medications/creams, and tanning products that stain our towels will result in additional charges. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin product

USE THE WASHER AND DRYER

To use the washing machine, press the power button. Gently pull on the Softer/Detergent drawer. Pour detergent into the compartment in the liquid detergent drawer (space to the right). If you have softer, pour that into the compartment labeled softer. Select the spin cycle by turning the knob. Select the water temperature by pressing the Temp button until the desired temperature is highlighted. Also, select the spin cycle using the spin button. To start, push the “Start” button. To use the dryer, press the power button. Select the spin cycle by turning the knob. Select the water temperature by pressing the Temp button until the desired temperature is highlighted. Also, select the spin cycle using the spin button. To start, push the “Start” button. Dry level, temp, time. 

AREA CONVENIENCES AND OTHER POINTS OF INTEREST. There are many more places to go and things to do and enjoy. These are just a few suggestions for you to enjoy in the Charleston area. There are many more eateries, tours-water and historical tours, parks, water parks, beaches, and so many more.

Excellent Stay
The property location is a little outside downtown Charleston. The drive downtown is easy. Takes approximately 20/30 minutes. The home is lovelly and very clean. It's located near many restaruants. The home owner was very responsive to our needs. We had a problem with the smoke detectors, that problem was corrected immediately. I would highly recommend this property to families or two couples.
