Perfect base camp to explore the region. Gorgeous views in every direction. Clean, private, modern space with everything we needed to make the place relaxing and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the region.

Great location and private. This place is so much better than the pictures represent. After long days of hiking on the San Juan islands, this place was amazing to come back to relax at. Great views as advertised. Easy check in and check out. Thanks so much for having us and we will return when in the area.

This place is amazing… This kitchen and bathroom has everything you need and more! Very clean And the view early morning to drink coffee and afternoon to sip your wine is perfect. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property with nice views! Our hostess Rachael left snacks and coffee and a guidebook to the area describing restaurants, grocery stores and things for us to do. Well organized and equipped kitchen.

My stay at the Bayside retreat was comfortable and relaxing. Sunsets were beautiful and loved watching the sparkling lights across the water. The unit iOS well-appointed and beautifully maintained. I really enjoyed the cleaning products (yummy natural fragrances). The bed was very comfy too. Thank you for a great stay! I definitely recommend.

Weekend Getaway

We were in the area to watch college ultimate frisbee tournament, but loved being able to return to this great escape. Very comfortable for two. Design of living space, attention to detail in decoration and stocking of unit were really fantastic. Highly recommend as a great place to relax or use as a launching pad to explore.

Peaceful Escape

Easily one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed it. It was the perfect space for two, was extremely clean, had all the essentials PLUS special, personal touches from the host. They care about this property and it shows. It was easy to find and access, it had amazing views of the bay, and the only noise was the birds. I would stay at this property again if I ever find myself in Bow again.

I almost hate to write this review because part of me wants to keep this place as our own private little second home in Washington… but the view is just too amazing not to share.This home was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. It was a quick and easy 17–30 minute drive to everything we wanted to explore, both in and around Anacortes. We loved the privacy, the quiet, and coming back each evening to incredible sunsets after long days of adventuring.The home itself was clean, cozy, and stocked with absolutely everything we could possibly need — including THREE different coffee machines, which, as self-proclaimed coffee-aholics, we obviously had to try them all.You can really feel the care the owners put into this place. We left already talking about when we can come back.

It was a lovely place! Very quaint with a nice view of the water. It was a very clean, comfortable place to stay. It was quiet and felt very private. We were welcomed with a thoughtful snack basket and bottle of sparkling water. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (including 4 different ways we could make coffee!). They had sugar and honey and little pods of creamers in the fridge. The bathroom was stocked with some toiletries as well. We enjoyed the covered patio with the gas pit! We also saw some young deer in the lawn out front, so cute. Would highly recommend!
