This home sits on 25 acres with many many rocks. . Picnic shelters and a swinging-door saloon are located on the property. A fire 🔥 pit is out back for your enjoyment on cold nights. Frank Howard coached football at Clemson university for 40 years. This is the place to be for Clemson home games!

There’s 25 acres to roam around and see all kinds of wildlife including deer. A real retreat and getaway! This is a farmhouse!!!. We use Tesla internet.

• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking
• We have four small dogs that live on the property. Friendly and do not bite.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots

• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine
