Great place for a family

Stayed here with wife and kids during the holidays. Plenty of space, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Owner responded quickly to all our questions and made sure the stay was enjoyable.

Great location - lots of space

We enjoyed our stay - worked really well for us as we needed multiple rooms with space to set-up pack-and-plays for our infants to sleep in. Location was perfect, and neighborhood felt safe. We had a minor concern early on and our host Muhammad was extremely quick to respond and get us taken care of.

Spacious little gem in Santa Clara

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this little gem located in Santa Clara. From the moment we booked, our host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Every room was immaculate, and it was evident that a lot of care and attention to detail went into maintaining the property. We highly recommend this VRBO house to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Santa Clara.

Great home in Santa Clara

The house was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked. There were 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. We felt right at home. The owner was also very responsive and helpful during our stay. We also noticed the house was very close to all the major Silicon Valiey companies for those looking for a place to stay while working.

Concert and and the Coast

Great trip to see the Rolling Stones at Levi's Stadium and enjoy a few road trips to Sausalito, San Franscisco, and Carmel by the Sea.... this home has a perfect location for such a trip! Quiet and safe neighborhood and easy to navigate. Nice to have two bedroom suites with their own baths. Speedy response from owners when we had questions too.

Promp communication

I booked my trip for a Thursday to Tuesday. Stay, I needed to change my booking to a shorter time and the host was very prompt and considerate of the changes. I needed the booking for an event at the convention center and it was only 8 mins away. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house.Was very comfortable and accommodating. Not once did I have to worry about checking in or the booking going smoothly. I high recommend this host and would defently stay again if needed

Much nicer than expected!

The host communicated quickly to answer my questions and concerns as our date approached. They were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the convenience of the location and the amenities that were nearby. In addition we were within close proximity to the wedding venue @Triton Museum just 5 min away. Thank you for our lovely stay in Santa Clara.

Very pleasant stay

The owners were very approachable. We texted back and forth for weeks before our stay and they did everything they could to make our visit to their home pleasant. We were four adults and quite comfortable for the four days we were there. We hosted a family reunion the second night we were there and it felt as if I was in my own home. The house was well stocked and had plenty of linens. Their requests at check out were reasonable and minimal. Should we have the need to visit that area again, this is the house I will rent.

Recovery Stay

I booked this home in hopes that it would work out for my recovery following a surgical procedure and it was the PERFECT home for exactly that! The space was open and clean and quiet. Really easy to get to and fairly centralized. The owner was super responsive and super sweet! Will definitely book here again! Bummed that it’s already taken at the time of my next procedure or this would be home base!

Daughter's Graduation at SJSU

The property was perfect for our stay. We had 6 people and we all fit comfortably at the home. We were in town to go to our daughter's graduation at SJSU and it was only a 15 min drive. We were able to relax at the house between ceremonies. Nadia responded quickly for the few questions that we had about the house and even let us check in a little early so we could drop off our luggage before heading over to SJSU. It was a great stay. The beds were comfortable and the house was just cleaned before we arrived. If we ever have to stay in the area, we would stay again.

Famuly time

Wanted a nice place to stay close to our family so we could spend time together. We found several cockroaches around the house that was very upsetting. The house its self was comfortable. Nice having 4 rooms with 3 bathroom. It said no pets but the backyard grass area had a dog pee smell.

Amazing Home!!

Mr Muhammad provided all the information we needed and responded to every question we have right fromnthe beginning. Very kindhearted, flexible and was very accomodative to our needs. House was very clean and looked just like a model home. Would definetely recommend this place to anyone looking to rent in south bay area. The house was at a great location easily accessible to all restaurants. Parking was very easy. Neighborhood very quiet and clean. Kitchen has every gadget one needs. Everything in the home is in perfect working condition. Backyard was very beautiful and well maintained. Both my daughter's, family and friend's everyone loved the place. Highly recommend.

Repairs needed

House key missing from lockbox, incomplete access code given. 3 can lights kept dimming, washer had mold, dishwasher didn’t work well, toaster died & garbage disposal stopped working. The toilet off of the pink bedroom was not well seated and hit the back wall with each use. The sink in the hall bathroom was too small.

Close to all big Tech companies like Apple, Netskope, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper and Google Walk to Starbuck, 7-Eleven and Knob Hill This is a rare Santa Clara home that have two bedrooms with attached bathroom (2x suites). Each room has all custom closets. There is a Walk-in closet in Master Bedroom. The fourth room offers an office workspace. All heating and air-conditioning is central.
