Welcome to our contemporary and spacious home in the heart of Silicon Valley. Our home is perfect for business, leisure, and family travelers. We offer lots of amenities to ensure your relaxing stay!

THE SPACE:
Relaxing stay in this large 2,300 sq ft two story, contemporary home with a chef’s kitchen, 9 ft ceiling, and hardwood floorings throughout. There are total of 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths with 4 queen beds, 4 sofa sleepers, and designated workspace in each room. The L-shape kitchen is fully stocked with your cooking and dining necessities. There’s washer and dryer on site, central AC and heating with additional ceiling fans in each bedroom. Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video, Hulu available to complement your stay. The unit is part of a duplex on a 9,000 feet lot sharing one wall that was constructed with heavy soundproofing insulation. Everything you need in a 5-mile radius such as Shopping Malls, Target, Grocery Store, Park, Library, and much more!

AMENITIES:
We provide lots of amenities such as pots, pans, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, coffee, bowls, plates, glassware, utensils, towels, shampoo, conditioner, liquid body wash, hair dryer, and much more.

AC/HEATING:
There is central AC and heating for house and ceiling fan available in each room.

PARKING:
1 assigned parking in front of the property. Ample street parking available on safe, one way residential street.

WASHER & DRYER:
In unit washer and dryer free for guests to use.

SMOKING:
No smoking allowed inside or hon the premises.

PETS:
Well-trained pets under 20lb are welcome. All pets need to be disclosed and approved. Base $150 as pet fee.

Excellent Stay

I felt like I was staying at a friends house. It was clean, quiet, safe and reasonably located to visit Levi stadium and Great America.We had everything, even coffee filters for the coffee machine. Many amenities, soap, shampoo, etc. When I needed extra trashbags, we got them asap! Jason is a great host!!!

Great place!

We were there for a 90th birthday gathering and house was located in neighborhood next to other family members. Having 4 bedrooms, along with the location, was the key to renting this place. Kitchen was stocked with just enough stuff but could use a few more glasses and and maybe a couple of large baking dishes.

Work trip

This was a great place for me and my 3 coworkers to stay. It was a 15 min drive to the convention center and had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all of us. Only 1 smaller couch did make relaxing at night a little interesting but we made do and it was great!

Go Forty Niners!!

We came to California to attend a Forty Niners game and brought my 90year old father down the see the game who has been a fan his entire life. We had 8 adults that stayed here and really enjoyed the stay. The house was very spacious with enough rooms and bathrooms. We had a wonderful time while staying f here.

Home was perfect for my family. It is very spacious and accommodated 11 people (6 adults, 5 children). Very clean and felt at home. My only complaint is that the sponge provided in the sink in the kitchen was old, very used, and gross. It would have been proper to have a new set of sponge to wash dishes and cups.

Spacious home and convenient location

Spacious 4 bedroom home visited for a short stay with family and friends. Location is central to Santa Clara. It could use better cleaning service. TV was too small. There were not enough cups and silverware for kitchen. Host is very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic Family Home for large groups

Typically we rent smaller apartments and homes around the world but this time we needed to house married couples and their nearly adult sized/aged children and me--the Auntie. The number of rooms and bathrooms accommodated all of us with such ease, we never ever felt crowded. We loved sitting around the big dining room table doing the jigsaw puzzle. The kitchen layout was perfect for our gang as well- We wanted for nothing as this home supplied enough of everything (paper towels and TP- lots of towels and a broom!! I love it when rentals supply you with a broom!!!) Overall it totally suited our needs and in addition, my husband has a couple of meetings in Silicon Valley and sometimes brings team members or has peers meet him in the Valley- I could see how this house is perfect for working teams because the cost savings are so good and you have the kitchen to offset having to eat out or storing and reheating leftovers. I have another trip in the spring planned and we may return to this house again if the dates/availibiity are there!!! Great job to our host who was easy to reach and was just a nice guy. Thanks!

Birthday gift disappointment

This trip was for my husband’s 71st birthday. He’s from the Bay Area and the number 1 49ers fan. I gifted him tickets to the game on Sunday December 8th, with his family. It was all a surprise. Checking into the property was smooth, until we needed to leave for the store. We couldn’t lock the door. Reached out to Jason and he gave direction on a certain way to lock the door. My Mother is wheelchair bound and the carpet runner at the counter, didn’t lay flat. We had to take them up, however replaced them upon leaving. I mention this to Jason (no response for a solution). I reached out to Jason about not having any wash towels, he directed us to where they should be, however we didn’t find them. We had to go purchase some. As far as cleanliness goes. We should get a refund on our cleaning fee. The floors were dirty, the carpet in dining room was disgusting, the closet in the room we stayed, looks like someone threw up, the dishes were all dirty. I did have to clean, as I treated Jason’s place as my own. I did love the location, the amount of space and ease of movement for my wheelchair bound Mother. I wanted to give Jason’s place a flat out “F-“, however the location, amount of rooms, bathrooms and kitchen leads me to give this place a solid C. Lastly. I had to wash before leaving, and found wash towels and linen in the dryer. Jason should really consider a new cleaning crew and do a follow up behind them. You’re charging enough to have a clean space with stocked towels.
