2,872 square feet of cozy living space, whether you're spending time with family or friends this house will make you feel at home. This property features high speed wifi and access to all streaming channels on each TV.


LIVING ROOM
Sink into the sofa after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our SMART 55” TV. We provide access to the following streaming channels for your use, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney.

KITCHEN
Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a gas stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group. Prep time? The vast kitchen counters offer plenty of granite counter space for all of the chefs in the kitchen. Visit a local farmers market or grocery store and then enjoy preparing a delectable meal.


OFFICE
Our office space is equipped with a commercial printer for scanning, printing, and copying. We also have a desk for all the stay of home workers to place your work space laptop on.

LOFT
Perfect for kids or adults, sneak away to sink into the futon and game room items.

BEDROOM
Each bedroom features a smart-tv with clean linens and two resting pillows.

Its was a very beutiful home, in a great neighborhood. Had no issues with checking in it was very clean and they left cute little folded papertowels and stuff everywhere for guest and had it nicely stocked with kitchen untensils and supplies.

Family reunion

We had a few family members come together in Nashville and this is one of the houses we stayed at. It was very clean and in a great location. The owners were very helpful and responsive. Loved our stay!

Host was absolutely AMAZING!! Had to extend on a moments notice and host accommodated us quickly with no issues. Property is great, in an amazing neighborhood and very quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will DEFINITELY book with this host again! 10☆

Lots of room to spread out! Great layout. Bedding and towels need to be updated. Worn out! Could use a table in living room while watching tv. Also a few more coffee cups! AC worked great! Very comfortable stay.

Overall nice stay

House was clean. Not enough dishes or towels. for our group of 6 adults. 1/2 bath had no hand towels to dry your hands. Last year we were grated by a nice snack basket but not this year. Overall nice stay.

Comfortable

This unit was very spacious and comfortable for my family of 6. We were all able to enjoy the open space. Linens were nice fresh and updated. The neighborhood is peaceful and very enjoyable. Neighbors appear friendly. The community pool was clean and relaxing our entire stay. The only minor issue was the fire place did not work but the remote may just need a battery, definitely did not effect our stay at all. Would certainly book again.

The Stapleton House

The house is in a excellent neighborhood. We enjoyed this home and the communication with Thryl and staff was excellent. The home is absolutelt beautiful but I had to refresh the master bedroom when we got there. That was my only concern or complaint about the property. Beside that everything else was superb. Thanks for hosting us

Overall we were pleased with the rental. It was spacious and quiet. Only thing negative was the lawn had not been cut and the grass was pretty high. The internet did not work so we had no TV access the first night. However the host did get the issue resolved the next day.

Thank you for your response Sonya. The yard trimming schedule ran a few days late during your stay but nonetheless our house is on a schedule for grass cutting. The internet delay was due to a neighborhood update that was brought to our attention the day before your stay. While we do appreciate your feedback we will continuously communicate with our guest and rectify all issues that are forseen and unforeseen during each stay.

Not worth price

Check in was easy. Location was convenient and neighborhood was quiet. We had a group of 11 staying 3 nights. When we arrived, some towels were damp. There were not enough toiletries stocked. We requested more toiletries on day 3 and was told they only stock for 1 day. We ended up going to buy our own toilet paper. We had to ask for key to community pool as key was not left for us.

Could be so much more

The Muirwood Retreat is in a lovely, clean neighborhood with easy access to downtown Murfreesboro, grocery stores, and such. The owner quickly responded to our texts. This house is so spacious and allowed us to host a wedding rehearsal dinner there. But the kitchen needs more dishes (not plastic), glasses, and coffee mugs (we only had 3, even though the house sleeps 11 - the owner did bring 3 more mugs, but there should be enough to cover the number of people that can sleep there). There were no kitchen towels or bathroom hand towels, and the towels really need to be replaced - very thin and well-worn. The floors need a good wet mop cleaning. The furniture was sparse. After visiting my son's vrbo (that was decorated beautifully) a few minutes away, we realized this house needs some updating - it felt very 90s.
