- To keep pricing fair, we charge $10/night per guest after the first two.

- All guests must be listed in your reservation (max 10). Unlisted guests are $50/night and may not be accommodated.

- Unapproved Late check-out Fees: $50 (1 hr), $100 (2 hrs), $500 (extended).

- Local guests may book case-by-case; gatherings/parties are not allowed.

- Pets are welcome if included in your booking—unauthorized pets incur a $500 fee.

- As our guests, you will have access to the whole house, upstairs and downstairs, as well as the spacious backyard. We provide self-check-in with your very own code that you can use to access the house for the duration of your stay.

- We have a Ring Door Bell located by the front door in the carport.

- Additional cameras- Record front door and left side of house - (opposite of carport) and backyard.
