Private Guest-Suite in Architecturally-Renowned MCM Home

One of only a handful of homes designed by regionally renowned Mount Miller Architects, this thoughtfully refreshed Mid Century attached guest-suite with private exterior entrance awaits your next stay.

This suite is ideally located on a quiet tree-filled street just an 8-minute walk from Apogee Stadium and UNT campus.

Rest in a luxury California King bed and wake up to pool views and nature buzzing among the 60ft pine trees. Enjoy your morning coffee by the shared pool or campfire patio.

- Guest access -
Each guest will receive a unique access code for a locked key-box to have a key throughout their stay. There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles, where you'll walk past the campfire patio into the fenced backyard private entry. We, your hosts, live on-site in the main portion of the home so any assistance can be accommodated in a timely manner.

It's a pleasure to meet you and serve as your hosts! We're Ryan and Morgan, new owners of this historic gem of a home. Denton is a special place, and we hope to help make your stay here a memorable one. Please reach out with any way we can assist, and enjoy your stay!

Another great stay at this property!

This was our second stay at this property, and once again, we were very pleased with the experience. The property is conveniently located from the UNT campus and offers a very comfortable and welcoming stay. We already have a third stay booked in couple of months and are looking forward to it!

Great place, great stay!

This well-appointed guest house was extremely convenient to UNT and the rest of Denton’s destinations. Our host provided a list of recommendations/favorites in town, and they were very helpful and communicative throughout the booking process and stay. We have already booked another stay at this location. Highly recommend!

A Gem

Excellent views, peaceful and a super cozy cottage nestled in the trees. All you could want is packed into this stay. It's a great location in a cool neighborhood.

Great stay!

This property is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Denton area. It’s extremely easy to get to and right off the interstate. The property is really clean and taken care of. We enjoyed the squirrels and birds using the feeders right outside the window the following morning. Highly recommended!

Nice Relaxing Stay

This suite was exactly what I needed for a quite relaxing weekend to myself. Even though the hosts live on the property, the suite is very private. I enjoyed the coffee and snacks that were provided. I will definitely return.

Great place to stay!

This space is so lovely and quaint. It was even prettier in person and has the most lovely view of the backyard and pool! The owners are so sweet, and very welcoming. They even allowed an early checkin on a rainy day so I could prep for a wedding. This place is a gem!!! I will definitely be back!

Enjoyable. Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient for visiting our daughter at UNT but did not feel like it was in the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the neighborhood and bird watching. Our dog was comfortable and she enjoyed exploring the yard. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We definitely hope to visit again.

Amazing

The room was amazing, clean and just had a comfortable feel to it. The bed was super soft and felt like cloud heaven. My husband and i well rested for the next day! The host is super nice and left us some yummy snacks. Will definitely stay again!

This was our third stay at this property. The proximity to UNT is superb and the property itself is a perfect setup for two guests, with all the amenities you need! I’m sure there will be a fourth visit in our future.

Perfect place for my needs

The suite was well furnished, with several indoor and outdoor areas to sit and read or work. The view from the large window brought a bit of nature indoors as well as for allowing wonderful natural light. The location was convenient for my comings and goings. Highly recommend!

Cozy stay with good vibes!

I wanted to celebrate my birthday and new year alone for some personal self care. I found this location online and felt it would be a great cozy spot for me. The owners were very nice and accomodating. Great chill spot for a single person or a couple and it's close to entertainment and great food places. I never been to Denton before but I will definitely revisit and stay here again.

Perfect size room and location for our weekend stay. Hosts include small and useful amenities and quick to respond if needed. Cool and comfortable bedroom. King size bed clean and soft. Quiet and relaxing

I came to Denton for a conference and didn't want to stay at a noisy hotel. The place was exactly as described and the bed was heavenly. I had everything I needed and being able to wake up to the birds rather than traffic noise was a very nice surprise. It is tucked away in the back of the property and quiet. The hosts were very communicative and would have promptly handled any issues I would have had. I will stay here again when in the area.

Wonderful

My mom and I stayed here for my nieces graduation from UNT. It was absolutely a 5 star experience. Less than $10 Uber everywhere we went in Denton, $35 to DFW. Ryan and Morgan had coffee, water and snacks stocked in the kitchenette area. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash all supplied. We asked for recommendations on restaurants etc and the list they provided was superb. We loved watching all the wildlife in the backyard too. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

Mid Century Retreat

In Denton for business, I chose to give this place a try and am very pleased I did. The space was bright, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The owners were friendly and attentive. Communication was great. I would not hesitate to book again the next time I visit.
