The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, pool, extensive, resort-style outside living/dining areas. Historic neighborhood close to Downtown and Flamingo Park. Newly renovated and freshly refurbished. Light, fresh and clean feel throughout. Flat TV's in living room and all bedrooms.
It's located 5 minutes driving to Downtown West Palm Beach, the hip Warehouse District, Norton Museum of Art, Palm Beach County Convention center, Kravis Center, Dixie Hwy Dining Corridor, Brightline and Tri-Rail trains; 10 minutes to the beaches on Palm Beach Island, and the PBI International airport.

This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.
