Beautiful two bedroom house a half mile away from Venice island and a mile away from Venice beach.

Close to the island, the beach, and all major restaurants/stores. House is a 2/1 with two queen beds. House also has an outdoor patio, bbq grill, bicycles, and beach chairs/toys/umbrellas.

Note: We are in the process of modernizing the furniture. Furniture may be different when you arrive.

Great location and price

We stayed at the house last year and came back again this year. It is close to family, restaurants, stores, and beaches. The location and price are awesome. I am sure we will stay there again in the future.

Just perfect

The location was great, right near Venice Beach and plenty of restaurants. The house was a little bit dated but very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and tidy

Well laid out and locatedUnfortunately microwaves didn’t work, tv’s in rooms didn’t even turn on, main tv could only be used if you had Now tv account, toilet flushed when it felt like it , most of the lights didn’t work because the bulbs had gone, absolutely no bed side lighting.

Unresolved Problems

Unfortunately I only stayed one night out of my eight paid nights at this property. Although the location was excellent there were a few problems that made it impossible for me to stay there. It would have been easier if I could have spoken with the owner and perhaps things could have been worked out but all communication was done through the VRBO app and those messages could not come in a timely manner. One of the three problems was fixed but the second problem was not resolved. There were some safety issues such as extension cords running across the middle of the living room. It would have been honorable for the owner to refund some of the money I paid to stay here since I was only here one night and informed him that I was leaving in the morning. I would be wary of staying here

Just NO

It was bad from the time we got there. We didn't get there until around 11 on Saturday night. Our first full day of vacation was Sunday. We had gone out early to take a walk on the pier and get something to eat. We got back to the house a little after 11:00. There was a man working in one of the garages under the house. From the upstairs, it truly sounded like he was tearing the place down. We spoke with him. He said he worked for the owners and was doing some remodeling. We explained that this was a vacation rental, and there was not supposed to be anything going on while we were there. He said he could be done for the day. He left, and about 10 minutes later, he came back. He was there until after 7:00 PM on a Sunday. He was making all kinds of noise and blowing dust and debris out of the garage. He was also there on Monday working in the garages. It became apparent after a couple days that he was also staying in one of the garages. He would show back up at the house every night around 11:00 and stay there. It was a very uneasy vacation. Obviously, this man had access to the garage area, so he probably had access to the house as well. There were about 15 huge black garbage bags of trash around two sides of the house. There were also flattened cardboard boxes that were laying around the sides of the house. A third side of the house had a bunch of stacked up garbage and debris that looked like drywall and other contracting materials. Inside the house, there was no dishwasher,

Great location. Comfortable stay

We had a great stay at this house. It’s close to everything. Very quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella! Would definitely stay again!

The bathroom tub/shower needed hand grips because it is a deep step into the shower. The floor of the bathtub needed safety strips because the tub has a very slippery. That was the only negative. But is a safety hazard, and the only negative about the house. The great addition was the beach chairs, umbrella , and carrier we could use.

Great place to stay

The rental was wonderful large and was perfect for my friend and myself. Close to the beach so many options for restaurants! I will go back Venice was amazing!

Convenient location and reasonable price

It was a very clean, comfortable and spacious home. Enjoyed having morning coffee at the table on the deck. It is close to multiple beaches and other activities.

Great stay in a great location!

The property was as listed -- clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! We were able to cook, stream tv, and use the laundry without difficulty. We will consider coming back next time we are in Venice.

Nice place to stay for awhile

Nice location. Neighborhood was a little noisy from traffic, yet was okay too. Can't expect country quiet in a city-like area. Convenient to many amenities. Host/ property manager was very responsive to several concerns.Excellent on follow up and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Look forward to possibly staying there again. Would like to see some of the vrbo fees to be lower, but understand that expenses are increasing everywhere.

Ok for what was needed

The location was decent, the neighbors were nice, the beds were comfortable. Outside of that, the place was not very clean. The windowsills had dead bugs in them and a random water bottle was left within the place. Not sure this place has ever been deep-cleaned.

Enjoyable

Was here to dive and wanted a nice place to stay. So much more enjoyable than I thought it was. Surrounded by local eateries that was absolutely delicious and the walks around the neighborhood was great. Would love to rent again in the future.
