This space is perfect for large families or groups and is a great private location to gather and unwind after a fun filled day.

Equipped with air conditioning, hot tub, and 50A electric vehicle charger. Garage access!

We were looking for a quick getaway from the Phoenix heat. This house is beautiful, and there are no surprises. Everything looks the same as advertised.We made good use of the Poker table and the Hot tub. Our 4 yo son was happy doing treasure hunting in the big backyard, as it has been kept in its natural state

Great place for a family weekend

Check in was very easy and communication was great. We asked for and was allowed early check in since there was a vacancy the night before. There is lots of room downstairs and a nice kitchen for food prep and storage. We were not bothered by the local airports infrequent flights. There were plenty of nice towels in the bathrooms. It was a warm weekend so we were glad of the AC in the house. The home is close to Flagstaff and also Fort Tuthill park if that is where you will be visiting. Overall, a good stay.

What a great house! Everything about the house and our stay was top notch. The spa was great, the couches were comfy, the beds were comfy, and kitchen was setup perfectly. Highly recommend!!

Great family stay

Our family loved this property. The kids particularly enjoyed the hot tub as well as the darts and poker table. We loved easy access to trails for running and mountain biking as well.

Beautiful home

Great location, plenty of space for my party of 10. Quick communication from the owner made things simple and efficicient. Older home with a lot of charm and windows to enjoy the pine trees and have a lot of natural lightinjng.

Fantastic!

Family trip to Arizona was a success! We all felt so comfortable here. This place felt like home except with a hot tub! We went from the Grand Canyon one day to Sedona the next, Antelope Canyon and Lowell Observatory right there in Flagstaff. There’s plenty to keep you entertained at home too! Dart board, card games, and an open living room with a huge tv! If we find ourselves back in Arizona we’ll be looking to book this place again!

Excellent property!

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked with all essentials. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook food. Plenty of towels in each bathroom. Came with YouTube TV, which was nice for us because we don’t have any subscriptions ourselves. Really enjoyed the dart board, shuffle board and hot tub! Owner was VERY responsive when I reached out with a question (or 2). Responded within 5 minutes or less. A bonus was having access to the garage to park our car. Will definitely rent this house again!

Fantastic family getaway!

This was, by far, the best rental property! We loved the game room, and all the available games, fun for everyone. The house was super clean and well stocked. Nice cookware and beautiful appliances. Its a great location for Lake Mary and all Flagstaff activities. We will definitely stay here again!

The house is a great house for a family. Shuffle board, poker table, and board games are fun for the whole family. You can hear airport activity but didn’t affect sleep.

Nice place with great setting

Nice property in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed hanging out in the great room and playing games. Worked great for our visit to Flagstaff for NAU graduation.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family of 5 (kids are 10,11,12). The kids loved the game area (darts, shuffleboard) and we enjoyed the jacuzzi too. We skied 2 days and the drive was easy and went to the Grand Canyon one day. Our last day was a snowy paradise. The owner was great - he door dashed a lighter to us one day so that we could enjoy the indoor fire and let us know quickly the day we checked out that we had accidentally left some stuff in the dryer. The house was well stocked with spices, coffee, little things. We would highly recommend this house!

Great place for family time with young adult children!

Property was just as described and was clean and well appointed. Loved the art on the walls and just a touch of western and sw style. Games, big screen TV, and hot tub kept us all entertained. Beds were comfy and loved the ceiling fans in every room! Also appreciated big dining table where we could all sit and the layout of rooms made it easy to spread out but still interact with each other (so important with teens!). Really was a perfect place to catch up with my college aged sons, have some quality time together cooking meals, chatting, playing games, and going for hikes, and not feel cramped or bored in the house. Good wi-fi too. Location made it super easy to access highways, downtown, NAU, and area hikes, although a car is absolutely necessary. The host was super gracious and responsive and accommodated my request for early check-in and late check-out to line up with my flight schedule and let us all sleep in a little! Really, really appreciated. Lots of options in Flagstaff, but this one is a sure bet!

Quiet Neighborhood Home in Cool Trees

Good stay, nice commons area, well equipped for light entertainment and a nights sleep. Excellent kitchen, large cold fridge and deluxe gas range. Bedrooms require stairs but are solid with secure railings. Front door keypad lock (check-in) is reliable and has a remote backup plan if needed.

Beautiful

I highly recommend it! This place is fantastic inside and out! My family and I stayed for a weekend to have the kids enjoy the snow days! We loved it! The backyard was perfect for our kids to enjoy all day in the snow! And Omg, the inside of the house was so cozy. We felt right at home! The park nearby was perfect for some sledding and more snow fun! Excellent communication from the host and very helpful at all times! We would love to go back and stay here!
