This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Flagstaff. With 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 2 sofa beds and a comfortable couch, this modernized property offers a cozy retreat for guests. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for added convenience. Crescent House is a modern home nestled in the peaceful ponderosa pines just a short drive or bike ride north of historic downtown Flagstaff. It provides a spacious environment a block from the Flagstaff Urban Trail (FUT bike/ped trail). It is on the road leading to the slopes of Snowbowl and the Grand Canyon, close to NAU and only 45 minutes from Sedona. Crescent House is the perfect getaway for a family or group looking for an affordable home base. This house is also kid friendly! Enjoy all that Flagstaff has to offer when you stay at our place!

This was a great place to stay. Close to town, to Snowbowl, and had a bunch of visitors come up to the house. The Deer was awesome to watch. The host was Awesome and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Our family had such a wonderful time at this VRBO! Wow, truly above and beyond with kitchen amenities, child amenities (highchair, pack & play, dishware) and the neighborhood is lovely. So many deer in the backyard, it was great. Thanks to the homeowners for sharing this beautiful home- we truly appreciate it!

Nice getaway

The home was clean and accommodating, nestled in a “small town” feel neighborhood. It was spacious and had beautiful views, especially of the animal life (deer and birds). Will definitely be staying here again in the future! Highly recommended.

A hidden gem

Our Family (2 adults, 2 kids) enjoyed our stay here. We all agreed we would stay here again. If your looking to stay in a regular house in a quiet neighborhood, this is it.

Wonderful Getaway!

Once you walk into this home, you’ll say ‘wow!’ The pictures don’t do it justice. We love the open layout looking out to a beautiful landscape of pine trees, nature, does and bucks and CLEAN. It was so nice to relax - plenty of space for everyone. I made a lot of our meals here and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We ordered out and delivery was easy even groceries from Instacart. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of extra blankets and sheets. Bathrooms are nice, clean, and loved having extra towels, toilet paper not the cheap kind either which we appreciate :) and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Wifi was strong, loved the smart TVs and bluray player option. We brought a couple of our own discs to watch and our family enjoyed playing Monoply (board games available). The proximity to downtown and Wutpaki, etc was great. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Great VRBO for families with all the amenities. Hosts also left a welcome bottle of wine (thank you!) and are also readily responsive to questions. Thank you, Harv and Annette! We hope to be back soon!

Annette & I live in Springfield IL and have been together since 1975. She grew up in Peoria IL, I grew up in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn NY. Our son, daughter-in-law and two small grandchildren live in Flagstaff. Annette has been a biology teacher and a master gardener. Her knowledge of insects, animals and plants is quite impressive! I have owned computer company Avrom Systems for 40 years, am a bicyclist and involved in my local community.

Our son, daughter in law and two grandkids live around the corner. They moved here because it is a quiet neighborhood just off the Flagstaff Urban Trail, an easy hike or ride into downtown Flag. Yet there is a great amount of wildlife. The mule deer come visit our back patio every morning and afternoon, and many birds live in the area too.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Because the back of the property faces the woods, there are no neighbors behind us. The house was remodeled just 4 years ago and has a wall of windows that view the ponderosa pine forest.
We have had lots of experience hosting a short term rental, and because we live on the property 3-4 times a year it is completely outfitted with with utensils and items needed for a comfortable stay, unlike many short term rentals.
