Host was very responsive during booking and our stay. Even checked in on us while we were there unprompted to see if we needed anything. The house is cute, clean and comfortable. Beds were great, linens/towels were high quality. The entire home seemed clean (and I can be pretty picky with that!). Location is PERFECT. A quick walk right into downtown St. Augustine. We were first time visitors, and we will stay here again if we find ourselves visiting the area again. Thanks Sandra!Your recent happy guests

The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. The kitchen was a bit of an odd layout but had everything you needed. The communication from the host was very good and Sandra responded quickly to any questions.The only negative was the road/rail noise. Motorbikes especially were loud early in the morning. Also I would have preferred a firmer pillow, but that is just a personal preference.

We had a great stay. We were able to walk everywhere and the house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if we return to St. Augustine!

Great Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It is very close to downtown area so was convenient to walk wherever we wanted. Beds are comfortable.

Great stay!

Check in was a breeze and the property was well stocked and very clean. It was a little bit of a walk to some historic district spots (15-20 min) so bring some good walking shoes. Would definitely recommend this property for a great St. Augustine experience!

Discovering Saint Augustine

Beds were great. Location great. Coffee pot was frustrating as was the key lock box. It was all we needed to have a great stay.

Comfortable home in a great location

This home was everything I was hoping for. It has all the conveniences I wanted plus wxtras. The location is easy walking distance to the historical district. I left safe and welcomed.

Clean and convenient

Lovely place, updated and clean. Beds and sheets were comfortable, we all (3 people) slept well all 3 nights. It was super nice to be able to walk to most places downtown, and not to have to pay for parking. Owner was extremely accommodating, communication was easy. We would stay again, and I will be happy to recommend this place to my friends.

Mother - daughter getaway

We come to the St. Augustine area every year but this was the first time we stayed in the historic district. Sandra’s place is absolutely adorable. So many thoughtful amenities make it feel like home. The beds are very comfortable. We loved walking around the beautiful, historic neighborhood in the mornings and evenings. We highly recommend and would definitely visit again, especially since my daughter is starting Flagler College in the fall.

Comfy and clean and walking distance from downtown

The property was exactly as advertised. Residential neighborhood within walking distance from St George Street (less than ten minutes walk). It was perfect for the two of us with a comfy bed, fine bathroom, two nice common spaces between living room and outdoor deck in back and fully equipped kitchen with small dining space. Nicely kept and excellent correspondence with host. Would stay again.

Great Location for a cozy home

Our family stayed at Sandra's place over the holiday break. Place is clean, cozy and walking distance to all the great locations in downtown. The neighborhood is very safe and we were comfortable walking back late at night. Sandra was very prompt in responding to our questions and provided us recommendations for place to visit and eat. Since we like to cook sometimes we would liked to see cooking condiments available in the kitchen. Overall an enjoyable stay in a great city!

We loved it!

We had a very comfortable time there. The only issue I had was trying to communicate with the owner through the VRBO site. They send a code but you can’t put it in without losing the spot, lol, could be operator error, but it was annoying! But I highly suggest the property!

Great location, cute house

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was clean and included beach towels as well as toilet paper, laundry detergent and a starter roll of paper towels. It is close to St. George st and took us 6 mins to walk there. I personally did not like the bed pillows , but there was a memory foam mattress in both bedrooms. I did think that the railing that leads over the stairwell was quite low and it made me nervous with small children. Overall I would stay at this property again as I found it well equipped clean and in a great location

Older home but updated

Didnt spend much time in the house as I was in town for a wedding and it was a very busy weekend couple things regarding it: if you are much taller than 6’, you will have to bend over to use the stove as the ceilings are very short in the range/fridge area. Floors are pretty uneven as well. The Location of the property was great. This is a duplex not a home. It’s termite season, so the kitchen counter was constantly covered in termite wings. Great communication with owner as far a check in, the lockbox is very tough to use. But I got it to work. Overall, i would probably stay here again.
