Be the first to stay in this newly constructed and lovingly furnished home in the historic district, just a 5-10 minute walk into the center of downtown St. Augustine where you can explore museums, parks, shops and the riverfront! Located in the quiet Lincolnville district of downtown, the home is in a historic neighborhood bordered by the Lightner Museum, the San Sebastian Winery, St. Augustine Distillery with The Ice Plant Restaurant, and the historic art district, all within a 7-9 minute walk from the home.

You will enjoy the extra finishing touches giving warmth and style to the entire home. Gather around a fully supplied kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, and floating island bar to enjoy breakfast before heading out for the day. The cozy living room with oversized sectional provides room for the family to spread out and enjoy a movie. Upstairs, three beautifully furnished and comfortable bedrooms are outfitted with crisp, white linens for resting well at night. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
