The space

You’ll enter into a bright, spacious, open concept home with beautiful flooring and great finishes throughout. Professional interior design brings the space to life through high end furniture and beautiful décor.

This is reflected in the spacious living room featuring stunning modern décor and accessories, and a lovely gas fireplace. With lots of natural light flooding in through the large windows, the space seems even bigger! Plus, you get a great view of the backyard. You’ll love hanging out in this area as a group as you enjoy the cozy couches, watch some TV, play games, reminisce about the day, and make plans for the next one. There’s even a wine cooler in here!

The living area flows directly into the amazing kitchen so that you can still be a part of the fun, even while you’re whipping up your very own meals. You’ll love cooking in this spacious kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, including cookware, utensils, and stainless-steel appliances. You’ll also have a cute breakfast area and barstools in the kitchen to enjoy meals at. Plus, there’s also a stunning dining area so everyone can sit around the table together.

With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, we can easily accommodate a larger group. All of the bedrooms are spacious and designed for maximum comfort and include lavish linens to ensure you get a good night’s rest. You’ll love the gorgeous furniture and the fun décor that adds lots of visual interest.

There’s a relaxing hammock for you to take a nap or read a good book in. The outdoor fireplace is great for enjoying the backyard year-round, as well as toasting some delicious s’mores! And the gorgeous pool is perfect for cooling off in.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas
vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in
advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.



★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a
thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed
over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re
not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ CLOSED BEDROOM ★

The fourth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 8+ guests.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★

Our indoor fireplace is gas operated and our outdoor fireplace is wood burning. Please only use our fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.


★ TOWELS NOTE ★

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.



★ ENTERTAINMENT★

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request.



★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
