Welcome to our Home away from Home about 25 minutes from downtown Dallas and 25 minutes from Fort Worth. In the middle of everything great about the Dallas Fort Worth area! The perfect place to unwind, relax, and enjoy hanging around in the backyard pool.

Our home was built in 2004 with 5BR/2.5BA and open floor plan with over 3000 sq ft of living area. Enough space for the whole group to enjoy! Comfortably sleeps 12 and just 25 minutes away from the DFW airport.

Modern yet cozy and inviting! Fully renovated, open concept home with plenty of space for large family gatherings. There are two 65in smart TVs throughout the home with plenty of amenities to keep your family entertained! Foosball table, ping pong, backyard pool, board games, and a kids' play area.

The large open-space living room has ample space to enjoy a movie on the 65-inch HD Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Youtube etc.

Enjoy your time by relaxing by the pool in the backyard. Pool cleaner usually comes on Fridays unless they’ve been scheduled otherwise.

Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, sleek wood cabinetry and ample overhead lighting. Not to mention, a toaster and Keurig for your morning coffee and tea.

Property was spacious. Easy to accomodate a large group. Parking is a little tight if you have multiple cars since street parking is not an option. I would recommend.

The home was very spacious, everyone slept comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The half bath could really use a new toilet seat, the current one is showing obvious signs of wear. The outdoor furniture does not have any cushions so they were uncomfortable to sit in. Bees kept bothering us and we moticed 4 huge bee nest that should be removed. Theres only one bedroom with a television so keep that in mind when booking if thats important to you. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Close to plenty of stores as well.

We had a wonderful experience. My family was here for a wedding. This was a wonderful location to stay. It suited our needs for a large group. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The location was nice because it was near a park with a huge water feature. It was also close to highways and expressways. We loved our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Pictures don't show real place!

I was disappointed that the pictures made the place look so much cleaner and nicer! Most everything was dirty, especially the backyard! We had to clean it up a ton before we could enjoy it! Also, make sure to bring your own pool towels, because those are not provided. We were given more towels, but the communication to get them was definitely a hassle! I would definitely not recommend this place and will not be staying here again!

There was an issue with cleaning but the owner came in and cleaned up the mess from previous occupants and was very quick to resolve issue. Pool was cold but it’s spring so it’s understandable it is not a heated pool. 6 min from a Lyn Creek park and Joe Pool Lake very nice place to go and enjoy a nice day.

Family game stay

We came down to see a Dallas cowboys game. House fit us perfectly. They have a pack n play to sleep in for baby. A little area for a toddler in house. We didn't cook at all but fridge/freezer worked great.

Overall the house was good for 6 of us. It was convenient to restaurants. When we got there it smelled stale as if it hadn't been open for awhile. There was trash in the front and back yard. It has plenty of space for a big group.

Nice House Great Area

The house is nice. There are a few things that should be considered. The house echos. Maybe it needs a little more furniture. You can hear everything when you’re in your room with the door closed. (1) Have a dresser or table in each bedroom for people to lay their clothes out so they aren’t forced to leave everything in their suitcase or have to put their things on the floor. (2) It’s only a TV in the bedroom with the double beds and the living room area. TV’s aren’t that expensive get at least 2 more TV’s for the upstairs bedrooms. (3) Upgrade the living room sofa you literally fall into the sofa. For the bedrooms get better pillows. Communication with the property manager was excellent. There were some minor outdoor items that needed cleaning and the owner quickly came and cleaned it. Overall, Not a bad stay.

Family Getaway

First, I cannot say enough good things about the owner and how quickly he responded to our contact. He personally came over to do a repair and replace some kitchen supplies. He gave us his mobile number for any further needs. This review is about the property, location and neighborhood. There were 11 of us, all family, including 6 children under age 12 and 5 adults. We chose the location because it was close to other family. We felt safe in the neighborhood but the neighborhood is very run down. There are street parkers on both sides, even though we were told not to park on the street and many front yards, including this one, are nothing but dirt. The inside of the house has an open floor plan and has plenty of room for kids to run around. The pool looks nice but our stay was in December so we were not able to use it. There is a park down the street with a large pond but the play equipment is not in good repair. There is a walking trail around a big pond. The location is about a 15 minute drive to the closest grocery store. Once you get out on I-20, you can conveniently go anywhere in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. In conclusion, the property sleeps the number of people described. It's roomy downstairs for kids to play. This can accommodate a large family.

Perfectly priced property

Our group of 5 couples felt the property was perfectly priced for our stay. We visited Fort Worth Stockyards and Waco for Magnolia. There were a few things we needed to reach out to the property manager for. Responses came quickly and they were even willing to order what was needed for same day delivery. We so badly wanted to use the pool, but the water tempature in October was a bit chilly for us. Instead we used the backyard space. It was a great trip!!

Amazing House

This house was perfect. We had a total of 12 adults and we had tons of room. Very comfortable and clean. Pool was perfect! Owner was amazing and so easy to communicate with.
