Our 1,000sq ft. homes are 2 miles away from the Hwy 7 beaches and the amenities of DeGray Lake State Park. We are also just mins from both colleges (OBU and HSU)! **We are pleased to offer a military discount and a multi-booking discount if you reserve more than 1 of our homes. This house is the first of 3 dwellings on the property. Upon entering the home, you will be delighted to find an open concept living room/kitchen layout with a vaulted ceiling. With large windows allowing natural light to illuminate the room, you will instantly feel at home.
The home has 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the house, each with its own bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
In the living area you will find an electric fireplace and TV for ultimate R&R after a fun filled day on the water, hitting balls on the golf course, or shopping in Hot Springs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, and a small pantry for storage. In the pantry there is a washer and dryer. We also keep the cabinets stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots/pans, and various kitchen accessories for all your cooking needs.

When entering the property, you will find a gravel drive way that branches off to each of the 3 homes. The houses will be clearly marked so guests will know which one they will be staying in. When parking, you will see a designated gravel pad to the left of each house for vehicles.
