Enjoy your stay at the Fairport Suites. This completely remodeled corner suite is flooded with light from two sides during the day. Located in the center of the downtown, this first floor (zero steps) suite offers everything that you could need. The living room is amazing with plenty of space for dining or just doing some quick work while relaxing in a beach town. Bathroom and kitchen feature upscale tile work, with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. Suite is pet friendly.

Clean Apartment in a Perfect Location

Beautiful clean apartment that couldn't be in a better location. We had a great stay with our kids and will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience!

Excellent unit - Property Owner not customer focused

We stayed in the High Street Suite from August 27 through September 2. PROS Excellent Location Upgraded Amenities Full Kitchen Plenty of Space Smooth Check In Process CONS Unit was NOT clean upon arrival Property Owner requested that we cancel and leave SUMMARY This unit has wonderful amenities and an excellent location. However, the unit was NOT clean upon arrival. The window sills and radiator areas were VERY dirty. I reached out to the property owner and he suggested that we cancel our reservation and find alternate lodging. This was Labor Day weekend and, obviously, late notification ... so we were not able to find any suitable accommodations. We cleaned the unit ourselves. On the morning of day 3, we requested a partial refund of the cleaning fee and 1 night's lodging for the condition of the unit and the work that we did to clean it. The Property Owner responded with a strong request that we vacate the property. We tried, again, to locate alternative accommodations but did not find anything. We notified the Property Owner of our intent to remain in the unit per our already paid for contractual agreement. We enjoyed the remainder of our visit.

Fairport apt

There were three of us and we totally enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to everything downtown. The Fairport restaurant made awesome food when we didn't feel like cooking, the liquor store is directly across the street, And there is a nice little park across the street.. We liked this particular apartment so much, we decided to come back again in September.

Great location but host didn’t return contact until almost 5 hours after check in time even after attempting to contact him that morning before we left for the trip. We were looking for another place to stay when he finally answered his phone.

Amazing Stay and even more amazing place

Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon/his birthday weekend. The place was so clean and right in the heart of everything!! Any questions I had Zach was quick to respond. We will definitely be back again and most definitely stay here again. Might become a yearly trip. Definitely a 10/10 😊
