Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great vacation area.

We love the location and the view. Had a few restaurants in walking distance, a liquer and beach store across the street and a 3 min walk to the beach.The condo was well kept. It was quiet during the quiet hours, which was great to get some relaxation in.

Beach Vacay!

Overall, Vacasa/property mgt was great to work with - very responsive and timely to all questions. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The beach location is great as well. It is an older property that is okay but could use updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. But it was a decent place for a quick beach vacation for me and my two daughters.

Older but well cared for(during our stay they were pressure washing, refinishing, and repainting the outside of the building, as well as installing new fiberoptic cable in all condos) ( this was NOT a pleasant part of our trip)!! View of the beach from the balcony was fantastic!

Great Location, Good Value

We love Driftwood Towers and the inside of this unit was very good, but there was maintenance work going on right outside our unit that prevented us from using the balcony. This was very disappointing! Had we known, we would not have chosen to stay there. In dealing with Vacasa about this, they never responded even though they said they would. In the future, I will go through this service.

Great stay at Driftwood unit 4H

Wonderful stay! Unit was very clean. Very very well stocked - better than most places we’ve stayed - had more than enough towels, washcloths, and blankets. Building older and bathrooms are small but very comfortable for no more than 4 adults. I wish the Management company had noted on the listing the bldg repairs going on as it was a little noisy and we couldn’t use the balcony a few hours each day. A few notes for repairs: master bedroom - plug outlets loose and bathtub faucet drips. guest bedroom - lamp won’t stay on needs fixing or replacing, plug outlet behind dresser needs replacing, bathroom outlet loose. balcony - a couple of the plastic chairs are cracked and need replacing Would most definitely stay here again!

Great site / no Wi-Fi / poor communication

The Condo is just as pictured. Beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets, towels, and pillows. The hood: location! Super easy location with direct beach access. You need a code to get through the gates to the beach- and this was not provided. A guest from another unit was nice enough to share. Plenty of towels (bring beach towels)- kitchen very well equipped and pans were better than expected. Even had colander, etc. paper towels, tp, small soao, conditioner and laundry detergent included. 4h is an end unit- high enough to see over dunes. Even had board games. Kudos to the owner! The bad: There is no internet. Listing said open but it wasn’t. Sent pics to Vacasa and asked for help but only got ‘bot’ type answers. No router in the condo- and on Wi-Fi list the unit number shows locked. Never resolved. The ugly: We chose this unit over others because some others mentioned construction and we didn’t want that. At 9 our first morning a crew arrived to sand INSiDE the unit and even went in a bedroom without asking us. Was pretty unhappy about this. Overall a great location and unit- but fix that Wi-Fi situation, and if people are going to be working on the unit- warn people ahead of time please!
