NEW mid- century modern 4bedroom oasis

We hope you’ll get to enjoy this cozy, stylish and centrally located home in the heart of Vancouver. Luxury appliances, mid century furnishing and great amenities. New construction home recently built. 4 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds and 2.5 bathrooms. Comfortably sleeps 9 people. Including a garage that features a home gym and entertainment area. We love pets and have our own but due to common guest allergies this home is pet free. Minimalist yet cozy styling we expect you’ll love every bit of this home. Very clean and neatly organized you’ll have a modern cased working fireplace in the living room, dining room and kitchen featuring top of the line appliances quartz countertops and backsplash. Included in the kitchen is full utensils, cook ware, spices, a coffee machine and more. High speed Wifi (900 mbps)


Downstairs; located in the garage is a fully equipped personal gym. Multi-function home gym machine, elliptical, and yoga area. Everything you’ll need to get exercise wether it’s cardio or full body workout to stay healthy.
Also in the garage is the dedicated entertainment area featuring putt putt mini golf, arcade basketball, wall games, a bar cabinet and plenty of board games to make your vacation or work trip even more enjoyable.

Upstairs is where all 4 bedrooms are located. Including the primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is fully tiled featuring a double sink, walk in rain shower, freestanding bath, and a very large walk-in closet. The other cozy bedrooms also share a full bathroom.
Upstairs is also the fully equipped laundry room for all your needs.

Great place to stay when in Vancouver

The house was very clean and well stocked. The host was very quick to answer any questions. I would stay here again when visiting Vancouver/Portland area.

Clean and many thoughtful details

My husband and 4 adult children stayed for 3 days. The home and many extra details to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed the games in the garage (arcade games, basketball and connect 4). There were many extra blankets and towels. The home also has air conditioning- something many homes in the NW do not have.The home is centrally located between our family in Fern Prarie and Salmon Creek. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

The host was great to work with (quick call when we arrived to get the code was immediately answered) and was very responsive whenever we needed an answer. Only downside was the overall neighborhood was a bit old and rundown. Would recommend this place!!

Birthday Celebrating Weekend

Very nice, clean, easy to find with GPS. We had no issues, very much enjoyed the home and our time in Vancouver. I wish there was parking for a short visiting guest, but they have no control over that with the neighborhood street as it is. It was good to be able to park off the street and in the two car driveway.

Very Nice new home. But absolutely no privacy. Neighbors are right on top of you and there are zero curtains/blinds on the windows in the downstairs living area. Can’t watch TV (TV doesn’t stay connected to the internet anyway) in the evenings without neighbors staring in as they stand on their decks. Otherwise house is clean and well stocked with all needed supplies.

Very nice house

The house was perfect. Location was good, since we had a tennis tournament at the Vancouver club. Parking in thr neighborhood was a little tight. Great overall stay though!

This house was nice, in a nice neighborhood, and close to everything. The biggest complaint from all the guests with me was the Stains and Clogged Drains. Pillows on the couch? StainsEvery chair in the place? StainsBeds? Super stainedCarpet? Giant stainsAll the sinks were clogged and the water would take forever to go down.Seems like this house needs a deep cleaning and then a better cleaning crew moving forward.I cannot stress enough that there were stains EVERYWHERE. I only took two pictures because I didn’t have time and didn’t want a camera roll full of stains.

Plenty of space

This home fit our group of 8 perfectly and even had beds to spare. I liked how the bedrooms were all upstairs so that people who wanted to stay up late or get up early did not disturb those who were sleeping. Some of the linens are in need of being replaced but otherwise the home was very clean and tidy

Lovely Home, Very Comfortable

The house was small but beautiful with everything we needed. Primary bed was so comfortable, easy to get the rest needed. Would have liked more attention paid to maintenance issues such as the coffee pot needed descaling, getting a cup of coffee was difficult and the filters needed changing in fridge. Having laundry available was very nice. Neighborhood was quiet. Loved the added extras like throw blankets, extra pillows, and bathroom necessities. Sleeps 9, however only glasses for 4 in two sizes, would be nice to have enough for household. No ironing board or iron, had handheld steamer, but not the same. Overall, this was a very comfortable and pleasant stay for our daughter’s wedding.

House Met All Our Needs

We stayed for a weekend in this property and it met all our needs. The house is very clean, sleek and modern. The beds were comfortable (we did not use the bunks) and the linens were clean, fresh and high quality. The kitchen is modern with all the appliances. It is not stocked with anything but the basics, so you will need to buy everything if you plan on cooking. The neighborhood right around the house is very nice, some of the outlying neighborhoods not quite as nice. We wanted to be close to the airport and this house provided that. We enjoyed our stay.

Short trip to visit old friends!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! When you first walk in you immediately notice how clean and bright it is. The downstairs living room and kitchen area are open so I could prepare meals while my girls were hanging out on the couch. The garage has some great games and activities, I wish we had more time to utilize that area! The bedrooms are all upstairs and the beds are all so comfortable, we all slept amazing. The primary suite is a dream! Everything from the bedroom, to the gorgeous bathtub and then the walk in shower with the rain shower head, to the walk in closet, are all perfectly designed and I didn’t want to leave! The only thing that I did notice was in the description it says the driveway can fit two cars but I had a Chevy Tahoe rental and there was no way a second car would have fit. The road is a little tight but I had no problem getting in and out, I do think if we had another car with us that would have been an issue. Overall though I would absolutely stay again. The response from the owner was always quick and friendly! Highly recommend

Far Exceeded Expectations!!!!

We were so pleasantly surprised by this lovely home! The main bedroom is a palace and every bedroom is comfy, super clean and tranquil. Plenty of beds, bedding, towels, pillows and the most comfortable beds ever. The kitchen is well stocked and the garage has a bunch of entertaining games and activities. We loved the fireplace! The living space is open and airy with lots of windows that do not have blinds or curtains but the trees keep it modestly private. The couch held lots of people but I could tell disrespectful guests ate there frequently so I wouldn't upgrade it either. The driveway was a little tight but my Tundra fit fine. Great centralized location for getting to the airport and shopping. The neighborhood seems a level below the home economically but we had no problems and liked the security cameras at the doors. The owners were good at communicating and left instructions and some goodies for our arrival. Will return!

Property was just as described. Plenty of room for our family of four. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and body wash and the beds were very comfortable. Great location in Vancouver - will definitely stay here again!

We've always dreamed of building and running our own Airbnbs all of our area creating opportunities for travelers to comfortably experience this beautiful place we call home.

Our neighborhood is perfect for travelers of all types whether its work or leisure. We are so central to main roads and highways to quickly get to all the destinations nearby and yet we are tucked away in a suburban neighborhood away from the business and noise. Very quiet with a park walking distance away, lots of big tall evergreen trees surrounding our home.

Our property is unique because we really built it originally for the purpose of living there, so we put so much detail into quality of the finishes, flooring, cabinets and appliances. We took no shortcuts. Then the opportunity of being short term rental hosts made us change our minds. So we believe every guest would love our property because each detail was hand picked and designed by us to make this home a perfect living space, modern yet cozy, luxury yet suburban, quiet and fun.
